When selling is stressful you need an agent who is on top of things and keeps the chain together - this agent did that and finally got us to exchange. From meeting Tamer Alici in the beginning to then dealing with Maev Moriarty-Smith who spent many hours getting us to exchange, we were happy with the whole process.

Big thanks to Maêv, Tamer and Sean at Marsh and Parsons. I had an excellent experience from start to finish. They were consistently professional, responsive, and genuinely committed to making the process as smooth as possible under challenging conditions. A special 'thank you' goes to Maêv. Her communication was execllent— I was kept informed at every stage and I always felt that my best interests were being looked after. She was so proactive in liaising with solicitors and other parties in the chain, which made a real difference in keeping things moving. Great service - thank you all.

The team at Marsh and Parsons Lee, were fabulous. They guided us through the whole process. The support, advice and professionalism they offered was second to none. The team makes things happen. Great experience working with Olivia and Benjamin. From search to later process, they are alwasy responsive and quick. Not to mention great liason with seller on price and some fixture and fitting. As a first time buyer, it helps extremely. Would highly recommened

Maev has just recently helped us through what turned out to be a not as simple exchange process than we originally expected. She was great throughout. Regular update calls, easy to get hold of and open communication at all times. She was not afraid to think outside the box at one point in order to get an update which we needed and was successful in doing so. All the time managing the downward chain and their expectations. Very well done Maev and thank you for the support.

Guy and his team recently helped us exchange on our family home move. Throughout the process the team were excellent and supportive. We thought the outstanding member of the team was Aicha through the process whos open and honest communication was very much appreciated. Not to forget Harry too who was very supportive throughout all the viewings. Thought their valuation and comversations around market listing prices were pretty much bang on, so thanks Guy for this.Thanks to team M&P Brockley, no complains our side and we would recommend.
