Last week we finally completed on the sale of a property that presented a range of challenges. Nevertheless we were fortunate that we had Maev and Tamer to guide us through the process. Without their support we would have found it difficult to make progress when several obstacles presented themselves, while for seasoned sellers they may have seemed trivial we were particularly impressed with how Maev and Tamer gave us the confidence to proceed right up to completion. At no time were we given the impression that once a buyer had been found that we would be alone in overcoming the kind of difficulties that inevitably arise before exchange and then completion. We would be very happy to recommend Marsh & Parsons and in particular Maev and Tamer.

Guy and his team recently helped us exchange on our family home move. Throughout the process the team were excellent and supportive. We thought the outstanding member of the team was Aicha through the process whos open and honest communication was very much appreciated. Not to forget Harry too who was very supportive throughout all the viewings.
