I am very fortunate to have with Callum and Tamer from the Greenwich office. They are absolutely superstars in their ability to find a buyer for my property. Despite potential buyers dropping out at the last minute it didn't deter the hunger, passion and professional attitude in never giving up. For me it was not dealing with a business but dealing with honest humble and caring people who had my best interest at heart. Callum and Tamer are amazing at sorting issues and finding buyers. I salute both men, take a bow sirs - you are legends in my eyes.

I worked with Calum and then Maev. My expectations were pretty low because of previous bad experiences with other firms but I was pleasantly surprised. They were both very helpful and clear and transparent with their communication. They were proactive without being pushy and made my buying journey easy. I highly recommend them.

Unfortunately have to update my previous 5 star review to 0 star. Conran were great at finding tenants quickly but unfortunately the ongoing service apparent “full managed” service means that despite annual checks and various due diligence, my property was sublet to many more people than should have been habitable without my consent and significant damage incurred including unsafe mould (thousands of pounds). After asking how they would help considering I was moving back in to rectify they asked if I’m planning selling or renting it out again otherwise they aren’t interested in helping further. Absolute joke for the percentage they took over the years I rented out. Please landlords take heed of the warning before you trust them with your property.

Debejah (Marsh & Parsons Charlton Estate Agent) was absolutely fantastic throughout my property search. She was professional, responsive, and genuinely supportive from start to finish. She took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
Her communication was excellent, and she was always available to answer questions and provide reassurance when needed. I truly felt that she had my best interests at heart.

Super professional, friendly, communicative and competent estate agents. I used Marsh & Parsons to buy a flat and my main contact was Aicha - she was fantastic, really pleasant to deal with and very understanding of my position as a first time buyer. I felt supported throughout the purchase and was really happy with the standard of service I received. I also want to mention Guy, who was also great and very genuine. Marsh & Parsons made quite a challenging and complicated process feel easier and I am very thankful for that!
