Words can not express how brilliant Maêv has been. She has managed the entire after sales care incredibly. She managed the entire chain, keeping everything moving right along the chain, with clarity and care. A huge thank you. We are very lucky to have had such a brilliant team. We could not recommend Marsh and Parsons and Maêv enough.

We did a lot of research on estate agents and made the easy decision to go with Marsh and Parsons. It was absolutely the right decision. I can not express how grateful we are for their service, not only are they efficient but they are lovely and personable with it. We will actually miss them all! A huge shout out to Alysha, Harry, Guy and Ali (and Maêv). We could not have remained sane with anyone else.

We met with a lot of estate agents when we decided to sell our house and chose Marsh & Parsons Brockley. I could not be happier with the choice. Alysha, Harry, William, Guy and the team could not have been more diligent, hard working or knowledgeable. They know the local market backwards and have been a pleasure to deal with. After the sale was agreed they stayed on top of everything the whole way through to exchange and have continued to be a great source of advice throughout. A special shout out to Alysha who was a machine in getting viewings and being an amazing point of contact! I would recommend them in the strongest of terms if you are selling. They have been amazing.

Maev has been fantastic! I could not imagine having anyone better on our side. From beginning to the exchange, the communications, knowledge, care and pure hard work has been second to none! I could not recommend Maev or Marsh & Parsons any more highly!

All parties involved in our forward chain (not associcated with Marsh & Parsons) had been pretty challenging, Maev Moriarty-Smith went above and beyond to progress our sale/purchase and ultimately get our exchange over the line after a much drawn out process. Communication from start to finish has been brilliant, not only from Maev but the entire Marsh & Parsons team (at Charlton). Would highly recommend their services. Thank you!

1000000/10<br>Chloe and Maêv were brilliant! Maêv especially was a god send!<br><br>I literally got confirmation of exchange of contracts today and I don't think this would have happened as quickly as it did if it hadn't been for her.<br>The process had already been delayed due to powers out of our control, however Maêv was completely on top of her game, and did everything she could to push for exchange. She also always kept me in the loop to ensure I was up to date with everything happening behind the scenes. So whilst the situation was stressful, I also felt assured and trusted in her to get us to the finishing line. I would 100% recommend her to family, friends, colleagues and to all you strangers that took the time to read this post.

I put my house o the market with Marsh & Parson after they were recommneded to me and I am so pleased I did.<br>A special thank you to Michael, who was fantastic from the start to finish. He worked incredibly hard, kept me updated every step of the way and always went the extra mile. The sale wasn't without its challenges but Michael's determination and commitment to getting the sale completed were second to none.<br>I found Michael very professional, approachable and supportive and I would not hesitate to recommend him and the team.<br>So thank you Michael!!!

My fiance and I recently had the pleasure to meet Morgan Cerasoli (M&P Charlton). She helped us find a flat to rent in Charlton and we had an excellent experience with her. We were looking to move from Eastbourne to London/ Charlton and had absolutely no idea what the area was like or where to start looking but Morgan has been so incredibly helpful and professional and made the entire process so easy for us. She took all or wishes and budget into consideration and understood exactly what we were looking for. Morgan was also always on hand and quickly replied to our questions and messages, she even pointed out local shops and facilities to us as well as transport links into Central London. With her help we managed to find a wonderful new home. I‘m glad we decided to rent with Marsh and Parsons and I would highly recommend getting in touch with Morgan if you want an agent who is genuinely trying find you a nice home and is not trying to upsell you.
