We sold our last house with Dawsons at the end of last year. They were very helpful and efficient, and sold our property for the asking price very quickly. They kept us well updated throughout the procedure and ensured it all went smoothly. Certain other estate agents VERY nearby could learn a lot from them. Thank you so much.<br>We have since also sold our above mentioned house also through Dawsons. They once again showed why they have won so many awards and why, in my opinion, they are the best estate agents in Llanelli. Thank you all once again ??????

I looked Dawsons up on Trust Pilot before choosing them and they’ve lived up to the good reviews I saw there.<br>From the initial sales team with the information they showed me to back up their valuations; to keeping me informed when they showed clients around; to after sales keeping me posted on progress and liaising with buyers and solicitors - Dawsons were reassuringly professional.<br>Special mentions to David for selling Dawsons to me, Alex for keeping me informed pre-sale and to Debbie for all her hard work once a sale had been agreed.

I have recently bought a property with Dawson Marina. From start to finish Kelly was excellent kept me well informed on what was going on and if she wasn’t available the onther members of staff were on hand and they didn’t know they would take time to find out. A superb service from beginning to end. We met Alison from the Sketty
Branch at my mum’s house and from the beginning, the personal
touch was evident. Professional yet sensitive to our circumstances, Alison was first class. The team at Sketty branch were always contactable and we were kept fully informed throughout. They worked hard in marketing, getting the property listed and online and secured a buyer in no time. What was highly impressive was the sales progression team or should I say Selina.. she was attentive, in communication throughout with me and both solicitors. Couldn’t be more grateful to Andrea and all the team at Dawsons, during the valuation Andrea arrived with a full put together info pack with no questions left unanswered. Easiest yes to go with Dawsons after all the other valuations I had with other estate agents left me feeling overwhelmed - it couldn’t have been an easier process. Accurate Valuation, house was up on the market a week later and sold within 4 working days of it going live. it’s been a breath of fresh air and so much easier than I thought .
