Kelly and the Dawsons team were helpful and focussed on finding us a buyer. They gave feedback after each viewing, arranged for gas & electric tests and EPC and kept us informed of progress with the management company. They also provided a house clearance team. I would certainly recommend their friendly, expert service.

Great experience selling our property in Swansea with the support of David who gave us timely and reassuring advice and were able to sell the property within weeks of being out on the market. Absolute pleasure having dawsons sell my house. Alex and David are truly an asset to this estate agent and have worked extremely hard to get my property sold. They just wouldnt give up. Always kept me up to date, never complained, just kept saying we will get it sold. And they did. Thank you also maddie and debbie and the whole team.
Anyone looking to sell their house. I can absolutely assure that you get what you pay for. They are not here to mess about.

Couldn’t be more grateful to Andrea and all the team at Dawsons, during the valuation Andrea arrived with a full put together info pack with no questions left unanswered. Easiest yes to go with Dawsons after all the other valuations I had with other estate agents left me feeling overwhelmed - it couldn’t have been an easier process. Accurate Valuation, house was up on the market a week later and sold within 4 working days of it going live. it’s been a breath of fresh air and so much easier than I thought .
