I can’t fault Dawson, they were excellent. All the staff are really good each time I needed to speak to them. They really pushed our property to get a sale for us which I thank them for.

Called to sell a property on 25/5. Was met with an incredibly arrogant and flippant employee called Alex. Was quoted a fixed fee of £3500 + vat to sell a property worth £80k. A 5% fee. Insane. I walked away.

A superb service from beginning to end. We met Alison from the Sketty
Branch at my mum’s house and from the beginning, the personal
touch was evident. Professional yet sensitive to our circumstances, Alison was first class. The team at Sketty branch were always contactable and we were kept fully informed throughout. They worked hard in marketing, getting the property listed and online and secured a buyer in no time. What was highly impressive was the sales progression team or should I say Selina.. she was attentive, in communication throughout with me and both solicitors. There is no doubt she secured the final completion in record time and to everyone’s needs. Wow, what a team! Thank you to Alison, the ladies of Sketty

Angel was superb throughout the very difficult time of dealing with the sale for fathers estate, and I cannot praise her enough. Fully looked after everything and kept in constant contact, so we were informed and kept up to date all along the process. Due to Angels hard work and tireless efforts the experience with Dawsons to us was made hassle free. A credit to her company and professsion.

Couldn’t be more grateful to Andrea and all the team at Dawsons, during the valuation Andrea arrived with a full put together info pack with no questions left unanswered. Easiest yes to go with Dawsons after all the other valuations I had with other estate agents left me feeling overwhelmed - it couldn’t have been an easier process. Accurate Valuation, house was up on the market a week later and sold within 4 working days of it going live. it’s been a breath of fresh air and so much easier than I thought . Thank you all so much x
