From the moment I engaged the services of Dawsons to sell a property, everything ran very smoothly.<br>Sarah came to visit the property first. She was calm, reassuring, kind and gave me excellent advice.<br>We decided to sell at auction and the Auction Team at Dawsons Swansea then took over the sale. They were very professional , kept me updated and informed and again, gave me excellent advice and the subsequently property sold at a good price and before the auction.<br>Huge grateful thanks to Sarah Hewitt in the Llanelli branch and Angel, Harrison and David at the Swansea branch. Together they made the whole process as stress- free as is possible for a house sale. I would heartily recommend them.

Coordinating a sale from 200 miles away was daunting. However, with their brilliant team by my side, every step of the way, with their knowledge, hard work and positivity, we made it!<br>From great photos, fantastic marketing and days spent in open house, they always went the extra mile to ensure the best service and advice. A superb service from beginning to end. We met Alison from the Sketty
Branch at my mum’s house and from the beginning, the personal
touch was evident. Professional yet sensitive to our circumstances, Alison was first class. The team at Sketty branch were always contactable and we were kept fully informed throughout. They worked hard in marketing, getting the property listed and online and secured a buyer in no time. What was highly impressive was the sales progression team or should I say Selina.. she was attentive, in communication throughout with me and both solicitors. Couldn’t be more grateful to Andrea and all the team at Dawsons, during the valuation Andrea arrived with a full put together info pack with no questions left unanswered. Easiest yes to go with Dawsons after all the other valuations I had with other estate agents left me feeling overwhelmed - it couldn’t have been an easier process. Accurate Valuation, house was up on the market a week later and sold within 4 working days of it going live. it’s been a breath of fresh air and so much easier than I thought .
