We have been with Dawson’s Lettings for 2 Decades successfully renting out our flat. The staff at Dawson’s Marina were always efficient and professional with a friendly manner.
We live away initially in Australia and now in Scotland so for landlords looking for a property management company that live away you will be in safe hands with Dawson’s Marina.
They responded to tenants issues very efficiently and keep you in the loop while they resolve.

Cannot recommend the team enough. Aisha, Lisa and Kelly held the viewings for our property and were fantastic in both selling and their immediate follow up of the feedback from the viewings.
Proceeding the offer, Kelly was our main point of contact and she was absolutely brilliant! We spoke on a nearly day to day basis regarding updates, and our flat took just under 3 months to complete! The Marina office team are definitely knowledgeable of the local housing market. Their expertise and help are second to none. It would be difficult to name a single member of the team because each one is courteous and helpful, prompt to help, if and when needed with the best possible advice : no matter if you are a landlord or a tenant. I'm back in the UK visiting my parents who have had multiple dealings with Dawsons Swansea, and I've tagged along a number of times now. They've always been incredibly helpful and approachable. Each time I've joined them for viewings Aysha has accompanied us, and she's been an absolute delight. Today in particular; we needed to get into a property that closes this thursday, but we needed measurements for a furniture auction today, and she found time for us and got us in, even with the short notice.

Used Dawson's estate agents in the marina office after flat sale fell through with another agent. Sales consultant Lisa arranged two viewings within two weeks an offer on the flat was accepted. unfortunately after several months the buyer backed out. Lisa quickly arranged more viewings and the flat has now been sold. all through the procedure of selling flat I was continually kept informed of progress and if Lisa was not available other sales consultants updated me throughout sale very efficiently run agents

So about 3 months into our 6 month tenancy and so far everything has been positive.
After breaking out of a dreadful tenancy with a private landlord prior to this one, we were very anxious about moving so quickly into a new property. Really, we just wanted a good professional agency and Dawsons looked like a good bet. The properties we viewed were all kept to a high standard and were very clean with nice touches, and initial phonecalls were really pleasant.
From the start, Alex has taken care of us and has been extremely helpful. We've had no hesitations or anxiety when approaching with questions throughout, from during the initial viewing to actually living here. He is very open and relaxed, and nothing is too troublesome for him to solve.
The contract was clear, professionally written, and the online process to sort the deposit and signatures was quick and easy. The mid-term inspection was quick and professional and the gentleman who took care of that was also very friendly indeed. Communication throughout has been really good - both written and verbal.
Overall, the company appears to serve both the tenant and the landlord in a very respectable and equal manner, which is exactly how it should be. This is shown in their willingness to fix issues as soon as possible and their organised way of doing business.
So far, it has been worth it - a very people-focused company. Take a look at this agency if you want professionalism and respect - they seem to have a lot of pride in their work, and everyone we have dealt with so far has been super friendly.

I can't recommend Dawson's highly enough. Throughout possibly the most complicated and tricky sale ever they really went the extra mile to keep things moving, were always there with suggestions to make things easier, and never gave up until the sale eventually came through. My husband and I only had 2 days in Swansea to view prospective new homes. The staff at Dawsons could not have been more helpful. We are now progressing with the purchase of one of them - having managed to fit 3 viewings of it into that period, to be sure it was right for us. Excellent service, from a purchasor's point of view.
