Our house sale involved dealing with a buyer who seemed to have extraordinarily complicated financial arrangements. This made the process rather drawn out. At all times Ross and his fellow workers at Durden and Hunt kept us informed and involved in decision making. We needed quite a lot of 'hand holding' and encouragement to get the sale over the line for which we are very grateful to all at Durden and Hunt.

We wanted to thank Durden and Hunt for all of their work on the sale of our house. The team were phenomenal - Olivia and Ann-Marie in the Loughton office and Amanda as our sales progressor. We always felt like their priority and they were there to handle and communicate with us on any potential issues, resolving any concerns that we had. They were miracle workers when our buyer dropped out, securing us a new buyer within days! This meant that we were able to secure the house of our dreams! I highly recommend Durden and Hunt.

Amazing from start to finish, Andy was our primary estate agent and he was always on hand to help us or answer any questions. He always went above and beyond, and made us feel safe during a highly stressful time. Amanda was our sale progressor. She was immediate in her response to anything and everything. If they didn’t have the answer to hand, they would find it.<br>We had some delays with the exchange due to another seller, but we were always kept in the loop and always knew they were pushing on our behalf.<br>We were also always greeted with help from other members of staff when our primary’s were out of the office.<br>Could not recommend them enough. I would not hesitate to use them again if I had the need and will 100% be suggesting them to any friends and family that are thinking of moving.
