We had a fantastic experience viewing a property with Alex T. He was incredibly professional and knowledgeable, but what really stood out was his communication. He kept us updated constantly via voice notes, which was a brilliant touch and made the whole process seamless. He answered all our questions and gave us plenty of time to look around without feeling rushed.

We purchased our property through Durden & Hunt. From the moment Grace helped helped us secure our dream home to Amanda, who ensured every step of the process was kept on track and frankly without her I strongly feel the chain would have collapsed. At times even when we were losing faith, She ensured that everyone was on the same page dragged us to the point of Exchange and Completion date. We cant thank Amanda and Grace enough for all their efforts. They are truly amazing and set an extremely high bar. I'd most definitely use and recommend Durden and hunt without doubt. Although the viewing didn’t bring any closure to our property search the whole experience was very pleasant Anya displayed all the attributes I would hope to see her knowledge of the property was 1st class we were made to feel comfortable in the property.<br>The communication was on point and friendly I would recommend Durden & Hunt to anyone.

I met Andy for a property purchase, from the get go he was on the spot he followed up with vendor and arranged appointments and viewings swiftly, he also connected me to a brillient mortgage advisor who helped me secure a better deal at that time on the last minute as due to the regional middle eastern conflict the rates were rising. Additionally, Amenda helped get the purcahse she keep me in the loop, followed up with solicitors and made sure things were progressing.<br><br>I would definately recommend them.
