We had a brilliant experience with Durden and Hunt Wanstead after being badly let down by our previous estate agent. Ray did everything he could to ensure our house was valued, photographed and listed in record time, to give us the best chance of purchasing our chosen house. Durden and Hunt really do have a quality of estate agents beyond anything I've experienced with other firms, the agents are proactive, knowledgeable, communicative and know how to get the job done. Shout out to Ray, Mark and Alex for all of their help and patience during what was, at times, an extremely rocky ride. We also can't speak more highly of Amanda, our incredible sales progressor. She is the absolute MVP without whom I have no doubt our chain would have collapsed. Amanda was so helpful, pragmatic and proactive, keeping us informed and up to speed with every development. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Durden and Hunt!

My experience with Durden & Hunt first started when we meet Rich who's personality was infectious, he said that he would sale our house for the asking price and he deafently did..We was soon introduced to Lilly & Anya who showed perspective buyers our house ,they were very easy to talk to and very professional supplying us with valuable feedback on the viewings.We were then introduced to Amanda the amazing sale progresser who was always in contact, giving us advice ,keeping us upto date and sorting out any outstanding issues. Overall I sincerely reccomend Durden & Hunt Estate Agents in selling or lookjng to buy a property they are Simply the best .

Our selling experience with Durden & Hunt was superb from start to finish. From the moment we agreed to sell with them, we were blown away by their professionalism and commitment.<br><br>The photographs were exemplary, and we were consistently kept in the loop throughout the process, receiving regular feedback from the many viewings they had secured for our property.<br><br>Once we had accepted an offer, the sales progressor Amanda was supportive, proactive and reassuring without ever being pushy, working hard to ensure the sale went through as smoothly as possible.<br><br>Even when another estate agent approached us while our property was on the market, we had complete confidence in Durden & Hunt and trusted them to get the job done — and they absolutely did!<br><br>A house on the same street was being marketed by the other agent, yet after five months, the vendors have since changed agents. This only reinforced our confidence that we had made the right choice.<br><br>We would wholeheartedly recommend Durden & Hunt to anyone looking to sell their property. Their professionalism, communication and dedication made the whole experience a positive one.
