Was dealt with by Georgia Hamer. Really friendly and kind. Answered any and all questions no matter how big or how small. Helped us massively with sorting out paperwork especially since this was my first time applying to rent and such. Would recommend Georgia and this team 100 percent ??

We recently had our house valued and were really impressed with the whole team at Farrell Heyworth. From our first contact with Liam Herrador, everything felt easy, responsive and well handled.
Amanda Beard who came out to value the property, was excellent. She took the time to really understand the house and our situation. She cared about getting it right for us. Her follow up and attention to detail was excellent too.
We also had contact with another member of the team, Serena, for a possible house purchase and she was so helpful too.
All in all, a great experience. Thank you

Can’t thank Liam at Farrell Heyworth in Garstang enough. He showed us around a property in Catterall which we were interested in. He was extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable taking our needs into consideration. After making an offer the next day, Liam stayed in the office after he’d supposed to have finished work to wait for the offer to be accepted and confirmed (on a Friday too!). Exemplary customer service. Thank you, Liam it’s extremely appreciated. ????????????

Iam putting my property on the selling market with Farrell & Hayworth as I know they are experts in this field.
What actually cemented my decision to use them is their valuation and property advisor Gemma, who has all the skill and expertise not only to value the property and advise but also the professional attitude needed to put my mind at ease about selling and buying a new property.
Gemma took me through the whole platform from beginning to end even though she is not involved with everything.
She explained from selling, the use of solicitors to buying and tying up lose ends
Gemma is a real asset and exceptional addition to the Farrell & Hayworth team

There were several issues. Initially we decided to have accompanied viewing. Our first 2 viewings were only 15 minutes apart which resulted in both sets of viewers here together! We cancelled accompanied viewings but on 2 further occasions viewers told us that their viewings had been put forward at least a week due to "shortage of staff". On the last viewing- just before our contract finished- we had a call from FH asking if we still required accompanied viewing-a matter we had cancelled 5 months before! When the viewers arrived they told us they had tried to view about 3 weeks earlier but were told no-one was available!
