Liam helped me from the very start, detailing down my preferences of properties and budget. Liam was always sending me up to date properties on the market and even helping me out out of hours! Him and his team worked effortlessly to find my the property for my first mortgage. And if it wasn’t Liam recommending Chris Walsh as the broker/advisor then I’d of found the whole process much more stressful. I would highly recommend Liam and the team at FH

I was very pleased that I chose Farrell Hayworth, Garstang to market and sell my property. From the initial visit by Gareth, to Serena who kept me very much in the loop re viewings, to Janet who I’m sure went over and above in chasing along the many avenues that were needed, and to Liam who is always welcoming and professional in his work - the whole team are always there to listen and kept me in the loop.

Farrell Heyworth have to be amongst the worst letting agents in the North-West. I have been forced to give them 1 star as it is impossible to leave them ‘zero’. They have habitually made mistakes in the management of my property, costing me hundreds of pounds over the 9 years they have ‘managed’ the property. I am finally rid of them, to discover they cannot locate the house keys. The employee who undertook the inventory failed to return the keys to the office and went on annual leave! They have failed to take final meter readings because they allege they cannot find the meters, despite mentioning the meters in the inventory report and taking them on many occasions in the past. There is absolutely nothing I can say that is positive about FH. Use anybody but them, if you need a letting agent!

Dean leggett in my opinion deserves all 5 of these stars. He's not only professional and gets the job done but he is so easy to speak too and to be honest once you ask him to do something it's done. He's also really good at advising you no matter what the problem. He's awesome in my opinion and my house move would of not been the same without him. So thanks Dean X
