Selling my late father's house remotely, Hackney & Leigh provided exactly the level of service we needed at this difficult time, and in a supressed market. The valuation and marketing was 'spot on', the fees competitive, and communication was excellent - all conducted in a friendly but professional manner. I would definitely recommend them.

I can't praise the Arnside office of Hackney & Leigh Estate Agents highly enough, I have had dealings with estate agents before when I sold my parents property, however I had never previously purchased a property for myself. I was in safe hands when I did, from start to finish they kept me aware of everything that was going on at every stage of the process. This service gave me a feeling of reasurance and confidence in the company and staff! I don't know if they are lucky recruiting the right staff or have a fantastic training courses, but whatever it is keep it up you are doing the right thing.
