The team at Mansell Mctaggert Storrington absolutely excelled themselves from day 1 to the very end. I met with 5/6 different estate agents when we decided to sell our home and Jo stood out from everyone else. She is friendly, kind, empathetic and filled me with confidence. She gave us realistic expectations and delivered on everything she promised. I recommend her to anyone who wants to sell their home and one person has already been in contact. The whole entire process was explained and her communication throughout was 100% 5*. I wish her and the team all the very best and continue with the way you work because you are all excellent. Nothing was ever to much trouble and every question I asked, they answered. We felt in safe hands. Thank you. We are now in our dream home, all because Jo and her team pulled it all together and put us in the strongest position when we placed our offer so thank you.

Selling the property on the road adjacent to my property. The estate agent, decided to park his car on our own private driveway. When finally confronted he acted as if he didn’t care, was not apologetic in slightest. In fact he was more concerned he would be “late” for his next viewing. Awful company, typical estate agent demeanour, rude and arrogant.<br><br>Calls to head office will be made and reported.

Matt Chandler at Mansell McTaggart has recently handled a property sale for me and has been friendly, professional and helpful throughout. This was a remote sale so I was relying on the agent even more than usual for all aspects. He demonstrated sound and considered market knowledge and I felt secure accepting his advice. Neighbours who met him the property commented on the interest he showed during his appraisal and the amount of time he took to make sure he understood the property fully. I wanted a quick sale and this was achieved even with some challenging circumstances.<br>Everyone who answered the phone at Mansells did their best to help me throughout the transaction.
