What can I say about Gareth ? I hadn’t moved for 32 years and to say I was nervous is an understatement! However Gareth’s calm confidence , warm and professional manner in every aspect of the house sale was amazing . Estate agents sometimes get a bad rap fir coming across as insincere I think that Gareth is the antidote to that . He really is one in a million and I would not hesitate to recommend him . Gareth at Mansell McTaggart was brilliant throughout our sale. He showed us plenty of properties before we even put ours on the market, and our house sold in a reasonable time. We were especially impressed with the quality of the brochure. Highly recommended.

Gareth and the Hassocks team have been outstanding. This is the second property I have sold through them in recent years.
Gareth has been honest and encouraging throughout the process, starting with arranging fantastic photos which we are certain set the ball rolling bringing in viewings and finally resulting in the sale of our home.

Not the easiest time to place a property on market in mid October. However Mansell achieved 2 early strong expressions of interest in November before obtaining a sale from another party in January.

Mansell Mctaggert are friendly and reliable estate agents that we can't recommend enough. We've now bought and sold a property with them, and every time they have been so communicative and helpful. When selling our house this year, Matthew and the team were always there to offer advice and keep things moving, which we greatly appreciated as we were also juggling the arrival of our first baby in the final few weeks leading up to exchange and completion. We wouldn't hesitate to reach out to them again in the future!
