I cannot rate McFarlane's staff enough. From the begining of our sale, which was handled brilliantly, through to the follow up with our contact Natalie, who was amazing. We were kept informed through the whole procedure of our sale and purchase, she couldn't have been more helpful. Cannot recommend them enough.

Yesterday I was visited by Veron so that he could create the floorplan and take photographs of my property. To say I was nervous going into this appointment would be an understatement. Many weeks have passed since the initial visit from Anita – we have progressed significantly in the journey to prepare for our move and accordingly, the house was in a real mess compared to when Anita had originally visited.
The purpose of this review is to provide feedback and hopefully underline the real value and strength plus personable approach that Veron provided to me. House moves are stressful times. Juggling them whilst you are already managing a stressful workload can be tough, and at times it can all get to feel a bit too much. Veron came in, saw what needed to be done, calmed me down, took control of the situation and made sure he got what he needed. I want to say a big thanks to Veron and to Mcfarlane. If this review does anything to get him some recognition internally then even better. Veron took on physical labour, lifting and shifting furniture, boxes of heavy items and random items – which he shouldn’t have had to do. He did it all with a smile on his face, repeatedly declined offers for refreshment and kept the focus on me, asking about where I was moving to etc.
Whilst I don’t know much about the industry in which you operate, I assume it to be heavily dependent upon relationships and the ability to build and develop relationships. On that assumption and my experience yesterday – I’d suggest you have a really strong talent on your hands with Veron.
Thanks Veron - thanks Mcfarlane. Keep up the good work and keep doing what you do, exactly how you do it!
This is a real load off my mind and a real significant milestone complete as we approach the big move date. Whilst it is true that paperwork and processes get these things done, we forget the true value and importance that it is PEOPLE and PERSONALITY which matters most - something which Veron has stacks of.
