I have had a very positive experience with the estate agents as they were kind and understanding with my situation,first contact was with Tianah that was very professional and courteous then proceeded with Natalie that was involved in every single step of the way since she took over all the way to the end,cannot be thankful enough with the ladies that I will definitely visit them when my schedule allows me,I would highly recommend working with the above named (could be others too but haven’t dealt with someone else yet) for their involvement and kindness and friendly.<br><br>Keep up ladies as you are a real asset to the company you are working for and you definitely deserve a praise.<br><br>Thank you,again.

What an amazing team! Natalie was outstanding. Really diligent and managing all other parties on our behalf. Our buyers commented on how great McFarlane’s were, really put in the hard work and shone well above their own estate agents. Highly recommend McFarlane, personal service from a local expert who really cares for you.

I purchased my house through McFarlane, Tianah was great during the initial viewings and Natalie was fantastic throughout the process at keeping me informed and chasing the solicitor/ relevant parties.<br><br>Only downside was the time taken of 6 months from the offer being accepted to getting the keys.<br><br>The bottle of Prosecco upon collecting the keys was a nice touch too!

Experienced, knew the market and local area. Able to recommend local people for needed house checks. Helpful, informative, quick to respond to queries.
Kept in the loop with viewings and outcomes.
Very useful feedback from potential buyers.
Found the Street.co.uk app good.

Ollie was very informative when showcasing the property to me, he gave me recommendations on how I could setup the bedroom and dining room to allow maximum living space. Super friendly and would highly recommend!
