From our first meeting with Victoria Convey and Paul Gregory we felt that they were professional, knowledgeable and that they fully appreciated the improvements we had recently completed in our home. They spent some time with us understanding our reasons for selling and finding out about our property. Before marketing they ascertained we were happy with the photos and detailed personalised particulars. Ollie returned on a couple of occasions to ensure the drone images were perfect.
We were impressed with their meticulous attention to detail, commitment and enthusiasm - they were diligent at giving us detailed feedback from each viewing.
The new portal system was easy to use and useful to gauge how much interest there had been from the number of online 'clicks' of our property.
Once we'd sold it was a bit of a whirlwind - but we were guided through the initial steps before being introduced to Christina, our sales progressor.
Christina was extremely helpful and kept us updated at all times . We were working to a tight deadline so it was a bit stressful. However, she was reassuring and a calming influence ensuring that all our questions and concerns were addressed right up to completion day.

Both Paul Gregory and Victoria Convey show a high level of professionalism coupled with customer care that is rarely seen nowadays.
Our journey with them took one year, they helped us adapt and progress seamlessly, negotiated on our behalf and kept us sane.
Moving forward I'm so glad that we chose them for both our sale and purchase.

I met with three local agents before deciding on one to work with me to sell my late Mother’s home. Tim, stood out from the competitors - he was empathetic, supportive and 100% genuine. He promised the team would hold my hand throughout the process and they most certainly did that. Rachel, who dealt with the sale demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills and kept me fully informed and Christina who dealt with the post sale process was extremely helpful, efficient and kind. She is without doubt - Christina and the Sunshine!

A huge thank you to Victoria in the Marlborough office for all her support and help finding our new home.
