From the very beginning, he was professional, welcoming, knowledgeable and friendly. He is a real credit to Meyers Estate Agents.<br><br>Daryl’s years of experience were evident throughout the entire process. His communication was superb, and he took the time to explain every stage of the sale clearly and honestly, always managing expectations and keeping me grounded. No question was ever treated as a silly question, and he was consistently approachable and available via WhatsApp or telephone whenever I needed advice or reassurance.<br><br>I particularly appreciated the WhatsApp group set up to keep everyone involved in the sale connected. It made communication, paperwork, administration and arranging appointments and photography so much easier and more efficient.<br><br>Daryl’s knowledge of the local area and the property market was invaluable. As a property trader I work with a lot of estate agents, and the service from Meyers was easily the best I’ve had. We agreed the deal within two weeks, and the whole team was excellent throughout. Daryl, Christopher, Alex, Lucy, David and Peter kept us updated constantly over WhatsApp, chased the solicitors relentlessly and solved problems quickly whenever they came up. Their effort made a real difference in getting the deal over the line. I can’t recommend Meyers highly enough.

We had a terrible experience with Meyers estate agents. They were awful and didn't make any real effort to sell the bungalow. All they wanted to do was continually lower the price. An incident around security of the premises occurred and that was the final straw for us. We ended the contract early. Have now appointed 2 further agents . Would not recommend Meyers at all.
