My dad asked me to sell his flat in Poole as he had moved into a care home in Yorkshire to be closer to his family. Absolutely amazing and smooth process with Darren at Meyers. He has been amazing and done everything he said he would and more. 4 days from 1st meeting with Darren and 8 viewings, to the house being sold for asking price!!!! Absolutely phenomenal compared with the agent previously used who managed 5 viewings in a month and no progress at all! I can highly recommend the team at Meyers - they care about you and getting the best for you. They are all amazing at keeping communication flowing, which we have are now witnessing with Jorden and Emily too, as we progress on our journey! Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value By the time we had found Meyers we had totally lost all faith in Estate agents. We had tried several local to us (some big names in Dorset) and we were continually let down by poor candidate checks, disorganised viewings, poor advertising and that we were certainly not receiving the service promised. We were told to try Meyers by two friends and they did not disappoint! They had to deal with the fact we were very untrusting and disillusioned by our previous experiences with three other agents. Alex and his team (Poole/Ferndown branch) were fantastic and kept us up to date every step of the way. Nothing was too much for them and they found serious buyers who were not going to mess us around again. Very professional, they have prepared the house for an open day and managed to get us an offer on the first day of contacting the viewings. During the course of exchanging and completing they were communicating with us on a regular basis via phone text messages and WhatsApp. We needed to reduce the price of our property after the buyers contacted the homebuyers report, However if the agent didn’t explain to them that the defects listed in the report is easily fixable I don’t think they would buy our house. All of The above obviously means that we would use this agent happily again.... Read more
