My dad asked me to sell his flat in Poole as he had moved into a care home in Yorkshire to be closer to his family.
Mayers appeared on a Google search and upon meeting Alex, I was impressed by the professional and flexible approach he demonstrated, to what was going to be property sale where the sellers contact was not living locally and all dealings would be by telephone or email. They also helped out with many issues that we had that would normally have been easily dealt with by myself had I loved locally.

From start to finish Meyers have been the best! We viewed a property before having our flat on the market, we met Alex he was so nice and professional! We then met with Lewis who helped us put our flat on the market, he was very friendly & very informative, he valued our property and we decided to put our flat on the market. We were kept informed almost daily about viewings etc, every time Lewis was in our property he treated it with respect and we were always updated as soon as possible with comments from potential buyers. We loved the transparency. Lewis is a credit to Meyers, even over the Christmas period he was motivated with helping us sell our property. As soon as we had an offer that we accepted we spoke with Emily on a weekly basis, she has been absolutely brilliant. She will answer any weird and wonderful questions we have. Jordan has also been fantastic with keeping us updated on things.
The best thing we have found is having a WhatsApp group chat with everyone needed within the Meyers group, it’s kept us updated without needing phone calls. It’s allowed us to have informal chats which is a massive bonus for me and my husband. We feel like we have become friends with everyone at meyers and I am actually quite sad that our chats will end now that we are moving!

First class service time and time again. As someone who likes to know exactly what is going on I can truthfully say I knew matters where in safe hands, Alex and Emily especially really went above and beyond to ensure the sale of our house went through smoothly. The communication we received was 2nd to none, if ever there was a question I wanted to know or if I asked for an update one of the team could always give me an instant response.

Brad arranged the viewings with me and was a real gent. Always available to take my phone calls and an all round reliable and nice chap.
Emily took the baton to progress the sale and without her the sale would totally fallen through and cost me dearly. Despite a very difficult seller and solicitors Emily managed to pull all the parties together to get the sale across the line. I have been consistently delighted by the level of support, care and professionalism that I have enjoyed whilst dealing with Alex, Emily and the team at Meyers Poole.
I genuinely cannot speak highly enough of them, I especially like the way they keep you informed and the use of WhatsApp as a group platform for updates from both myself and the agent team.
I have bought and sold a number of properties over the years and so have worked with a number of agents - many have been good,
some not so, but none of them have compared to the experience I had with Meyers Poole.

Me and my other half were looking for about 18 months and to be honest had the worst experience with agents taking advantage of the current climate and what should be a great experience buying your first home was turning into a complete nightmare.
I had heard that Meyers were a great reliable agent and when looking on rightmove we just feel in love with a house and it happened to be with them.
The service, dedication and transparency was second to none and as first time buyers the guidance was fantastic also I would highly recommend. The team is pretty wonderful too and each one, went above and beyond right up until the last second.

Myself and my fiance used Meyers when finding our first home, due to the sellers of the home already working with them. I can honestly say that when the time comes for us to move, we will most definitely be in contact with Meyers to work with them.
They offer such a friendly yet professional service and are very speedy to reply. As we were first time buyers, everything felt quite daunting to us, yet we were quickly put at ease. We received quick replies to every email (even to the point whereby Alex would check over the emails of other part-time staff to ensure nothing important was missed) and if something could not be answered right away, we were always reassured that someone would get back to us ASAP... and they always did.
We were very lucky to work closely with Emily, who is such an asset to their team due to her reassuring, professional ways. I bombarded Emily with many questions and concerns and they were all handled in such a way that did not make us feel silly for not knowing answers. We were even greeted at the door to our first home with our keys, a bottle of bubbles and a COVID-friendly greeting! Emily has still acted as a messenger post-completion date with some questions and has been more than happy to help me. Thank you Emily!

I had my property up for sale on and off for two years. It was a quirky one with a niche market. I had gone through around six agents, so I can speak with some authority. Maybe like most I am not the most patient of people and was eager to clinch the deal. When I met Alex, I remember him saying we are the best. I thought yeah right that's what they all say. But now on reflection I have to agree. Meyers are motivated to get your property sold. You feel they are always on it. Their logo is a pug and indeed they are like that dog with the proverbial bone. But not in that pushy sense, where you feel pressured. You don't feel you have to chase them. It doesn't stop when they ve found a buyer, the foot is still on the pedal, chasing until completion with Emily. So between them - Lewis included they really are the dream team! My partner lives in Ferndown and he used them too. So don't think they are limited to handling only the Canford Heath catchment.

Very professional, they have prepared the house for an open day and managed to get us an offer on the first day of contacting the viewings. During the course of exchanging and completing they were communicating with us on a regular basis via phone text messages and WhatsApp. We needed to reduce the price of our property after the buyers contacted the homebuyers report, However if the agent didn’t explain to them that the defects listed in the report is easily fixable I don’t think they would buy our house. We recently used Alex at Meyers to sell our house and we were unfortunately caught in the middle of the Covid-19 pandemic during the buying/selling process.
Despite this, Alex remained contactable quickly throughout the entire process via a WhatsApp group he had set up, which removed the hassle of calling and waiting for a callback. He was also available to speak to even if it was just for advice / a chat during the pandemic which was brilliant and very welcome.
We also dealt with Lewis and Emily who were excellent too. Meyers managed to find us reliable buyers which meant our chain held together despite the pandemic, and thankfully we were able to complete in the end!
I'd definitely recommend Meyers to anyone looking to sell their property in the local area.

I can not fault Alex and Leanne. They sold our property and have helped us a lot along the way. Alex will always go out of his way to help (he even helped us when he was on holiday) would recommended anyone to use Meyers!

Thanks Alex for helping us sell our house so we could move to our dream family home ahead of the birth of our first child. From the moment he arrived we felt we could trust Alex to do what was best for us. After a successful open day we had a number of interested parties and offers above the asking price. All looked lost when the first chosen buyer pulled out at late notice but Alex found a replacement on the same day - for the same price - and kept the ball rolling. Communication was faultless and we always knew exactly where we stood. Couldn't recommend him highly enough. Fanastic service and a nice guy too who makes you really comfortable with the whole process.
