Karen & Connor are both excellent, Karen is extremely knowledgeable and experienced . Connor is very approachable and showed our property fully during viewings . The comms from both are excellent , we loved the fact we were getting initial feedback after viewing with further feedback once they had followed up with the viewers . This takes the frustration of waiting for feedback away.
Karen contacted us on her day off to start negotiating our offer . Which was both unexpected and very appreciated.
We are now under off and dealing with colleagues of Karen & Connor and so far service is continuing to be great .

We had a second viewing yesterday at a property we had previously discounted due the dog next door. We were disappointed as the house itself was perfect for us.
Connor called and said that he had spoken with the neighbour and had arranged, if we wanted to meet them and the dog!
This was such a great idea and as a result we have now offered on the house.
In my opinion this is going above and beyond and we would like to say that we are very grateful.

I saw a property with Conor from the heathfield branch and he was brilliant. Very knowledgeable about the property and really good at showing me around but also leaving me to take the time to take it all in myself. Would highly recommend him.

When we recently sold mum’s house in Uckfield, we received five star service from Oakfield Estate Agents, in particular from Connor, John and Jade. Communication was exceptional. Even when it was clear that Connor was on annual leave, he was still available to ensure everything went smoothly! This was a difficult time for us as a family and everyone at Oakfield were very understanding and sensitive to our circumstances. We would not hesitate to recommend Oakfield to anyone selling their house.

Worked with Izzy to get our funky little historic schoolhouse home. They were friendly, highly responsive, and very thorough with their house inspection as well.
The Oakfield estate agents also stayed extra long to let me measure spaces in the house. And gave us a welcome card when we got the keys.
All in all a great agency.

We recently used Oakfield on the sale and purchase of our current/new home and we couldn’t be happier with the experience.
Managing a sale and a purchase at the same time is incredibly stressful as most will know but Jo our Sales Progressor made the entire process seamless.
On the marketing side, Shelley got us our asking price for our property within 2 weeks of being live with plenty of viewings on that first crucial week.
What impressed us most was their communication, they kept the entire chain moving, coordinating everything between all parties and kept us updated every step of the way.
