Fantastic service with the whole Uckfield team from start to finish. They were incredibly proactive and arranged for me to view a property that was new to the market.
Everything has been dealt with quickly and efficiently, communication has been excellent throughout, and any questions or issues I had were sorted straight away. Viewings were arranged promptly and I was always kept up to date.
A special mention to Connor, who has been brilliant to deal with — great customer service, professional, friendly, and very helpful throughout the process. Everyone else I spoke to was also really nice and easy to deal with.
I’d definitely recommend this estate agent to anyone looking to buy. A great team who clearly care about their clients.

Oakfield in Lewes worked very hard over quite a lengthy sales process (it was an unusual, very old, listed house, not an easy sell) to successfully find us a buyer: they've been efficient, friendly, communicative and positive throughout, and we really glad we chose them to work with. Robin and Jo in particular were excellent and we really appreciate their unstinting efforts to see us through to completion of our sale.

After a very disappointing experience with another estate agent, working with this team was a complete breath of fresh air. From the very first contact, Karen and Georgia have been professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful. Communication was clear and consistent, and—unlike my previous experience—they always provide timely, detailed feedback after viewings, which makes a huge difference.
I only wish I had gone with them from the start. Highly recommended!
