Have just completed the sale of our grans property with Pacitti jones , from Paul coming out to value the property to Shona marketing the property it was done with professionalism and kindness .
Shona always called me when she said she would and was totally on the ball . It was a difficult choice for us to sell the property Shona understood this and made the process as easy and stress free as possible. The marketing generated lots of interest in the property and we were happy to achieve a quick sale . I would highly recommend Pacitti Jones

Lesley-Anne is fabulous! Her local knowledge is spot on, and she seems genuinely interested in your property - it's not just about a quick sale.
Everything has been seamless - the photography is wonderful, the client portal is easy to navigate, and really helpful, and the service is excellent value for money. Regardless of whether you're selling a one-bed flat, or a ten-bed mansion, you'll get the same level of attention.
Absolutely faultless service, and I'd 100% recommend Pacitti Jones.

Having worked with Estate agents for over 30 years in both UK and the US we found Shona and her team at Pacitti Jones to be the best we've ever used. Their knowledge of the local market and how to get the best price for your house is remarkable. We can attest to that having just sold using them. In addition to their professionalism and knowledge you get a very competitive fee and a genuine professional photographer who produces fantastic listing pictures. An added bonus is Pacitti's easy to use online portal which shows your listing, upcoming viewer schedules, feedback from previous viewers and the number of views your listing is getting on Rightmove.
If your selling your house in the area covered by this Pacitti Jones office then we highly recommend you use them or at least check them out before choosing your Estate Agent.

Had a great experience selling my house with Shona and her team. Everything went very smoothly and the communication was great.
The effort they put in helped me secure a great offer.
They provide a sales portal which I appreciated, let me see when viewers were booked and see comments from the team and from the viewers.
Highly recommend.

PJ have been great from the very start All the staff are very knowledgeable and lovely to deal with. Their communication is excellent both by phone and email. Photos of the property looked amazing. We were out of touch with selling but they were always on hand to explain and keep us right. They offer the full package selling, buying and legal services which saves you having to look elsewhere Thank you
