Shona, the Branch Manager, ensured that everything ran seamlessly, and was a pleasure to deal with throughout.<br><br>What really stood out was their exceptional communication. They kept me fully informed and up to date at every single stage of the process, which took so much of the stress out of the experience. PJ have been great from the very start All the staff are very knowledgeable and lovely to deal with. Their communication is excellent both by phone and email. Photos of the property looked amazing. We were out of touch with selling but they were always on hand to explain and keep us right. They offer the full package selling, buying and legal services which saves you having to look elsewhere Thank you
