The whole team at Pattinson's were fantastic. We opted for an auction and they managed to sell the house just eight days after putting it on the market. We completed yesterday, with the whole process, from start to finish, taking only five weeks! The service was brilliant. We had a pretty-much instant answer to all our questions. Everyone was highly competent, and unfailingly patient and good humoured. What could have been a stressful time turned out to be very positive, largely down to the outstanding support we received from Pattinson's.

I was lied. I was not properly informed. I was harassed by Teri Dunning’s emails telling me and pushing me to sell and leave my house with my stuff in time when I was not able to do so! I was explaining this many times to her but she knew better. Complete fail with dealing with disable people who can’t do things fast and in such a stress which can have very serious consequences on health and even life. Very disappointing process
Teri Dunning may be nice to others but she was not nice to me. That’s my opinion and I won’t change it because more people can find themselves in my place in the future.
She was angry at me, she was pushing me into doing what she wanted me to do no matter what it ment to my health!
Then she got revenge on me with no respect when my decision was to defend myself and my health! Immature behavior.
I’ve got answer from Pattinson and they are not so nice like this public answer every person can see under my opinion.
Pattinson don’t care about people neither for their agent’s behavior only for Pattinson’s business.

Absolutely appalling. Did not listen to us about sale price, sent people who couldn’t afford the mortgage, poor quality feedback, not making appointments at requested times, even phoned 2 days after we had moved to see if we had exchanged!DO NOT USE THEIR AUCTION SERVICE!were on the verge of changing agents when we struck lucky thanks to Covid!
