Pattinson staff are so kindly , so well mannered and courteous and extremely helpful . Nothing is a problem and the communication is second to none . Really can give you a lift and give confudence as selling and buying is never that easy. Very friendly and very accomplished

Pattinson's estate agent kept me informed about property in the area that I was needing to move to. After a failed attempt at selling our house with another Estate Agent,we decided to change and commission Pattinson’s as our Estate Agent. What a great decision this turned out to be. James’s knowledge of the local market and what people were looking for pitched our price at the right level and he produced the new sales brochure which was amazing and within two days of going live we had an offer on our asking price with potential viewers still in reserve. Assisted brilliantly by Kelly and the rest of the office team the sale was seamless and completed from start to finish in 9 weeks. I really cannot recommend the Pattinson’s Alnwick team enough especially in their marketing and knowledge of the local market.

Wasted 4 months.
Be aware that they say if I go ahead and sell to someone they have contacted which was only automated e-mails sent out that is e-mailing people at random then they can claim a fee from you by saying they were the first to introduce the person to your property up for sale, if that person buys from the property at a later date.
Under valued the property saying it was to generate interest at auction then kept asking to reduce the selling price this was only after a couple of weeks, that seems to be the most proactive they were asking me to reduce it by £15k.
Removed property of sites, claiming it was to generate interest, so it was not showing as up for sale at one point.
Put the wrong auction date, a date which had passed when first posted.
Was supposed to be a stress free process as I had explained to them I had health problems including mental health. Was anything else but.

The team at Hexham have been great especially Lucy. She has been excellent, reliable and focused on our sale, very hardworking and always conscientious, notifying of timescales plus a strong determination to reach the final completion of the sale (of which have to say has not been the easiest!), but she has complete the task for us and with a great sense of humour thrown in, which always helps.
