6 months ago, I made the nervous decision to sell my house, not having clue what to do I contacted Matt and his team who guided me carefully through the journey of selling a house, at no stage did I feel pressured and any awkward questions (or silly questions I thought) they were all very professional and returned my calls quickly and politely.. I am now moments away from moving and up until the exchange it was a bit of a bumpy ride with solicitor etc, however RACHEL who deals with the sale through to your completion, was a breath of fresh air and made my journey easier, I don’t know what I would have done without having top sales team around me (Rachel, May and the team) and my amazing final advisor Becki of Xl Finance ... what can I say , I couldn’t do your jobs, but you are so professional and your guidance was gold star, thank you for everything. Paul Carr Brownhills you were and are my angels , thank you for the support over the last 6 months nothing was too much trouble.. good luck with your next sale

We were very disappointed with the service that we received from Paul Carr, Brownhills.
Initially all seemed well, Matt valued the house and provided a professional service. We were pleased with the initial efficiency of putting the house on the market. However, once the house was sold STC the after sale service and contact that was promised was poor and at times non existent for weeks! Contact chasing and pushing for completion seemed of no interest. Despite conversations with Matt about these issues, where you would see an initial positive change, they usually resumed. One of the agents also handed out our keys to the surveyor without us knowing, consequently setting the house alarm off! Paul Carr seemed more concerned with acting in the interests of the buyer than for us, and at times were unsympathetic with their contact. On completion day itself contact was simply rude as they continually chased us for keys. There was no consideration, good luck or congratulations at all, just the invoice request! Very poor customer service from some of the staff. We would not recommend this branch.

Excellent customer service from start to finish. Very professional and friendly staff starting with Matt’s first visit for the valuation and carried on throughout the sale by everyone in the team. Thank you all for your help. I would certainly recommend this office following my experience.

Recently purchased a property, exchange needed to be completed in 21 days due to the property being a repossession. Matt explained the potential pitfalls of purchasing a reposession and recommended and put me in touch with an excellent solicitors to ensure that the 21 day turnaround was met. Rachel supported by keeping on top of solicitors etc. Fabulous estate agent, would highly recommend them.

Can't praise them enough.... fantastic team work ..... as I've never known a sale to take so long, but they were there with me every step of the way! And put up with me too.!

Put my house on the market with Paul Carr Walmley in July 2019. They massively overpriced the house which obviously meant there wasn’t much interest. Pricing my property at £250k when it was probably worth about £230k! Our first buyer who eventually offered, it seemed like Paul Carr never did correct checks with buyer as I was told they were cash buyers when in fact they were selling a property which they was having problems with - which highlights the fact that no proof of cash was shown to Paul Carr. The buyers were dragging their feet with the sale, trying to knock price to eventually pull out with no good reason. I would like to say that this isn’t every Paul Carr as we have received a good service from the Erdington branch who do the correct checks and price houses at their true value.

Unhelpful after we purchased a property through them. They wasnt interested in helping us with our after sales issues and questions.Very poor after sales and customer service. I now have the property up for sale, but i wouldnt buy or sell from them again.
