Following an agreed sale of our property, the Sales Progressor (Grace) was just incredible. Kept us up to date with everything, chased and pushed at exactly the right times and was an excellent source of knowledge and advice. It would not have gone so smoothly without her key involvement. She provided an excellent service!

I had to keep contacting them to find out what was going on. Didn’t always respond to emails and phone calls. Had viewings but they didn’t seem to follow through with due diligence. Poor customer service.
Changed agents after 6 months with them and sold within 2 weeks.
