Failed to refix for sale board after it fell down within a couple of weeks of going up (badly installed damaged my property it had been incorrectly fitted to). Failed to supply second for sale board I have paid for. Accompanied viewings, one of the two guys that did it just stood on front doorstep, turned up late, and one time even brought his kids who where left in his car, so he was backwards and forwards between car and front step

The best part was our consultant Priya.<br>The not so good was the different people who did the viewings and they made no effort to sell the house. Just opened the door!<br>Once we were helping with the viewings - it was a lot better

At first had excellent agent as was selling via private treaty through them & then decided to sell via Auction which was appalling & unprofessional.
I personally was unwell & hadn’t got battery life to keep chasing incompetency.

I wanted to do my own viewings, and Purple Bricks were bar far the best value for money. They put our board up within a day, and took our photos and did the EPC certificate within 3 days. A week after we decided to sell it was advertised on Zoopla and Right Move. Viewings were managed through the portal very simply. They requested feedback from every viewing. When we had an offer it was so easy to negotiate through the portal. After we accepted the offer they put the sold sign up next day, produced the memorandum of sale within 2 days and amended the zoopla and rightmove status. They are superb compared to the agent we are buying our house off who still havnt marked as sold a week after having our offer accepted. I would recommend purple bricks without hesitation.

Overall I have had a disappointing experience with Purplebricks. I have found their processes confusing and lacking in transparency. Communication has also been extremely poor.

The digital app and the advertising works really well. Being able to control viewings and offers on the app is brilliant and highly recommend other estate agents do this.
Once the property was live and our original agent changed, every interaction has been awful. Promised weekly phone calls from our dedicated agent, didn't receive any. Agent has changed multiple times without our knowledge. Been on to live chat to ask for call backs when we had offers as we asked for help to negotiate and still didn't get a call back. Ended up just doing it myself.
Have since accepted an offer and still haven't had a phone call from anyone. Even after going online and asking someone to call. Absolutely ridiculous. Definitely not worth £999. Actually feel like we shouldn't pay a penny as they done nothing to help us.
