Showed very little interest from start to finish. First couple of weeks were OK and then it went downhill from there. Did all the viewings ourselves apart from one. Never followed up after viewings just left everything for us to pick up in the app which was poor. Never followed up on any cancellations or got any feedback on these. All they were interested in when they did speak with you occasionally was to ask you to reduce the price of your house. They didnt have any idea on how to correspond or what marketing strategery to use. Not sure what we paid a fee for as we did everything ourselves. Very disappointed, and felt like we have wasted the last 12 months.... Read more
