Overall I have had a disappointing experience with Purplebricks. I have found their processes confusing and lacking in transparency. Communication has also been extremely poor.

Had very little contact with agent, accounts manager was supposed to touch base with us every couple of weeks, had one contact so far in 2024 and that was after I'd made a complaint
