We've just exchanged on the sale of our flat in Earlsfield with RB. It's been fantastic working with them - in particular Allie went to a lot of effort to proactively get viewings in a tough market, and one of those ended up being the buyer. We had the flat on with another agent for months without a single viewing and as soon as we worked with RB the diary was full and we had an offer within a couple of weeks, and a higher price than we might have expected.<br><br>Thanks for all your work RB team!

Exceptional service from Lottie – highly recommended!<br><br>I cannot recommend Lottie and the team at Rampton Baseley highly enough. Having spent months looking for a flat across several different areas and dealing with dozens of different estate agents, the experience here was in a completely different league.<br><br>From our very first interaction, Lottie was incredibly thoughtful, considered, and attentive. Unlike many in the industry, she never put any pressure on me. She genuinely listened and completely understood the exact type of flat I was looking for, whereas other agents seemed to miss the mark entirely.<br><br>On top of the brilliant, personalised service, Rampton Baseley consistently had an excellent selection of high-quality properties on their books. She gave me the confidence and reassurance that they would get the sale done, despite the challenges involved, and they absolutely delivered on that promise.<br><br>Lottie was then my main point of contact throughout the sale of my flat, and she was brilliant. She kept me informed every step of the way, was always professional, approachable and proactive, and made what could have been a very stressful process feel much more manageable.<br><br>On the purchase of my new flat, Allie was simply amazing. The chain became incredibly complicated towards the end, with a number of issues outside anyone’s control, but Allie never stopped pushing. She was constantly chasing solicitors and the rest of the chain, keeping me updated, answering my questions and doing everything she could to keep things moving. I genuinely felt she cared about getting the best outcome for me, and her persistence and determination were instrumental in getting everything over the line.<br><br>Buying and selling at the same time can be incredibly stressful, but having a team that cares makes all the difference.
