I couldn’t recommend Rampton Baseley more highly.
I’ve built a relationship with the team over a number of years, and when it came time to sell, they were the obvious choice. That long-term trust really showed throughout the process — calm, clear advice, excellent communication, and a strong sense that everything was being handled thoughtfully and professionally at every stage.
Freddie was outstanding. He was proactive, responsive, and very steady throughout, keeping things moving and managing all the moving parts seamlessly. What could easily have felt stressful was handled with clarity and reassurance, and I always felt in safe hands.
Absolutely delighted to have got it over the line. A genuinely high-quality service from a team that really know their market and care about their clients.

I can honestly say that without Lottie’s support, I don’t think my sale would have reached completion. Lottie was excellent at managing both sides throughout the process and was always on top of things, chasing when needed and keeping everything moving forward. Their persistence and clear communication made a stressful process a little more bearable. We recently bought & sold through Ramptons and had a positive expeirence on both sides, and this was managed through Dean in the Balham team. For our sale the team worked collectively to find us several buyers during the course of our process, always keeping us well informed. On our purchase, Dean was great, we were looking for a long time but he remained patient, understood what we wanted, was never trying to 'push' us and successfully helped us navigate our way through both ends of the transaction.
