I first met Dean Steyn in 2025 and worked with him for over a year to find my first property in London. I had some quite specific requirements, and Dean really understood what I was looking for. He didn’t waste my time showing me lots of properties that weren’t right, and only shortlisted ones he genuinely thought I would want to see. The property I eventually bought wasn’t actually on my original shortlist. It was in a slightly different area from where I had been looking, but because Dean knew what I wanted, he encouraged me to come and have a look. I’m so glad I trusted him on that, because the house ended up being exactly what I was looking for. Dean was also really helpful throughout the buying process: connecting me with the sellers, answering all my questions and keeping me updated on what was happening, especially as the sellers were in a chain. I’m really grateful for all his help, patience and guidance throughout the process. I ended up finding a beautiful home that I’m very happy in, and Dean played a big part in that.... Read more
