11 years as our letting agents and they have just completed the sale. This is an excellent company. The quality of their support and service in securing, vetting and managing tenants in our property has been exemplary. They are good to tenants as well which made our lives easy. The property was well maintained and when work was needed they found good quality, fair priced contractors. The sale was very professionally managed. Good advice about pricing, timing and marketing. Great communication during the selling period and expert management of us and the buyers to achieve a sale to keep all parties happy. Special mentions for Romany Rimmer, Mike Hall, Liz Nascimento, Camille McQueen and anyone else we forgot on the team that has contributed. Thank you Rampton Baseley. Simon and Geraldine
