I chose Rampton Baseley purely because I clicked with them & everyone was so forthcoming & approachable<br>I tried other local Estate agents & they just wasn't "me".<br>Jack Hargreaves was the agent involved in my sale, he is easy to get on with, kept me updated, even on his time off. Very knowledgeable as well.<br>Even got £5k OVER asking price.<br>TBH everyone at Northcote R&B are great.<br>I would recommend them every time..

I used Rampton Baseley - and the wonderful Allie - to sell my flat in Earlsfield this Summer. I am so pleased with my choice - Allie was amazing from start to finish. Our first offer was at asking price which we were really pleased with - and the communication throughout was amazing and it all felt very stress free (which was important as I am heavily pregnant). Allie was always there to help - recommending removal companies (who were amazing), advising on various other elements of the sale, and showing us around lots of houses in the area as we decided on our next move.<br><br>I would use Rampton Baseley and Allie again in a heartbeat - highly recommend!

We had an absolutely fantastic experience working with Liz Nascimento at Rampton Baseley throughout our search for a home in Clapham, between common area.<br><br>As first-time buyers in London, we had a lot to learn about the local property market and the buying process. Over the course of around six months, Liz was incredibly patient, supportive and generous with her time. She didn’t just show us properties — she shared a great deal of valuable knowledge and practical advice, helping us understand things that we simply didn’t know to look out for as first-time buyers.<br><br>Throughout the viewing process, Liz was always professional, friendly, enthusiastic and punctual. Even when our schedule was quite difficult to accommodate, she was always willing to do her best to arrange viewings around us. We really appreciated how flexible and accommodating she was.<br><br>After we found the right property, Liz continued to be incredibly proactive and hands-on throughout the transaction. In particular, during the exchange process, she maintained very active and effective communication with both the seller and the solicitors. She helped keep everyone aligned, chased matters when necessary and played a significant role in keeping the transaction moving efficiently. Her involvement genuinely helped shorten the process and made what could have been a very stressful period much smoother.<br><br>Buying our first home in London was a big step for us, and having Liz supporting us throughout the journey made a huge difference. She was knowledgeable, responsive, professional and genuinely committed to helping us get the deal done.<br><br>We are extremely grateful for all her help and would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Liz and Rampton Baseley to anyone looking to buy or sell a property in London.

We were purchasers of a property listed by Rampton Baseley and worked with Liz throughout. Everything was really smooth, from organising viewings and answering our many questions about the property, through to the post-offer process and getting us to exchange and completion.<br><br>Liz was particularly great during the latter stages and genuinely went above and beyond to help us get everything over the line. Communication was top notch throughout, always easy to get hold of, quick to respond and very clear on what was going on. Definitely the best experience we’ve had with an estate agent, either buying or selling.<br><br>Overall just a really good experience and we’d 100% recommend Rampton Baseley, and Liz in particular.

I’ve worked with both Dean and John on a couple of occasions. The first was 18 months ago, when they found a buyer for my flat after a previous sale fell through just one week before completion.<br><br>This time, they helped us secure the ideal property for our family and kept in constant contact throughout the process. Their personal, committed approach feels increasingly rare in estate agency.<br><br>I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dean, John and the branch, whether you’re buying or selling.
