We cannot recommend these guys enough.<br>This time we sold our property with Re/Max as opposed to buying !<br>Appolonia and Ryan were consistent throughout the sale of our property.<br>This selling malarkey was made so much easier by the constant communication by them both . Although a very tough time to sell<br>we were fortunate to sell within a couple of months marketed .<br>Communication with the solicitors was exemplary . Appolonia worked tirelessly!<br>Thank you so much ??????

Ryan and Appolonia have recently sold us our next home, they were absolutely amazing. Any questions we had regarding our new house were answered super quickly. Ryan responded to any queries within minutes of messaging him. We would highly highly recommend these guys to anybody wanting to move home! Thanks again both

A really good experience with Morton Napier
From getting the flat ready to put on the market , getting the valuation correct , excellent images and information about the property on there website and Rightmove
Getting 10 views in the first week of going on sale and selling above the valuation within 5 days.
Would definitely recommend them

Deposit withheld on baseless claims, mould ignored for 6 months - DPS ruled fully in our favour<br><br>We rented a flat managed by Century 21 London Central (Rochester Row) for nearly two years; the property was owned by Marmora Ltd. KFH managed the building when we moved in and unfortunately the landlord moved management to Century 21 after a few months.<br>Our experience with agent Dusan Plesko was dreadful from start to finish.<br><br>At the end of our tenancy, Dusan ignored our emails for weeks, responding only after we escalated to the Deposit Protection Service. He then claimed £1,740 of our deposit for an Octopus Energy bill that was addressed to the landlord - not us. We were never Octopus customers; our supply was with OVO, who confirmed in writing that we had no liability to Octopus, and whose bill we have paid in full. At adjudication, Dusan submitted no evidence whatsoever. The DPS ruled fully in our favour. Months of our time wasted on an attempt to take our deposit for someone else's bill.<br><br>During the tenancy, we reported extensive bathroom mould in August 2025 - across the walls and ceiling, with the wall rotting away near the shower. An inspection identified a structural cause (an extractor vent leading nowhere). Instead of fixing it, Dusan replaced a working extractor fan, an unnecessary cost to the landlord which we pointed out at the time, and left the mould untreated. Repairs were finally done in late January 2026, conveniently the week before viewings for new tenants began.<br><br>When we offered a 15% rent increase to extend our tenancy, we received no response. Before we moved out the flat was listed for higher than our offer. After we moved out, the flat was listed at exactly the figure we had offered - and let at that price (or lower). We've seen no evidence our offer was ever put to the landlord, the landlord incurred costs related to finding new tenants and lost rent for the period the flat was unoccupied.<br><br>Reading other reviews, our experience isn't unique; inflated deposit claims and ignored maintenance appear repeatedly. Landlords (including Marmora Ltd) should ask serious questions about how their properties and tenants are being handled. Tenants: document everything from day one, and don't hesitate to go straight to the DPS.

RE/Max Clydesdale recently sold my late father's home for the family. Andrew Duncan and his very professional team in Lanark office were totally on the ball. From meeting,advertising and to a successful sale and all within 3 week window they were 1st Class. Thoroughly recommend this company.

The owner of the agency Hassan locked us out of the property. This is absolutely illegal.<br>We have already reported this to Walthamstow Council Tenancy Relations and 101. Hassan called us at 20:20 and threatened with fist fight.<br>I expect to receive an reply from your business profile on how you apologise for the inconvenience and how can you will investigate. However you are the owner of the company who locked us outside of the property and as you cannot investigate this case I will reach the the required teams for this. We did mention we had leak from the boiler and no one came to look at this.<br>We will now report this to gassafe as well.

Remax was very impressive!
I was moving myself my home and business to Scotland from England. So you can imagine it was a very stressfull and anxious time.
I met an Estate agent from Remax. Gillian, a wonderfully warm mannered lady, who seemed dedicated to ensuring things ran as smoothly as possible.
Gillian was very knowlegable about the property market, selling, buying in Scotland, I learnt so much from her, as Scotland is completley different to England.
All my questions, anxieties and concerns were delt with swiftly, she displayed a great deal of kindness and understanding. A very dedicated estate agent!.
