Very good sales work and handling of viewings. Once we had a buyer the progressor was giving us updates better than our solicitor but did go quiet as some points. Overall I would certainly recommend Richard James.

Great team,
Easy to get hold of, and they take a lot of pressure off my hands, i’d like to mention Ellie Wyatt, however, I’ve never had a problem with anyone on the team, that’s everyone at Richard James.

Terrible service!! Not once but twice did they fail to contact me to reschedule bookings, in their words ‘forgot’. Complete waste of my time for what should be an enjoyable experience for a first time buyer. We were left waiting outside on both occasions for 30 mins which is completely unacceptable.
I definitely won’t be putting ANY business through Richard James and I certainly wouldn’t recommend them for selling your house if they can’t contact buyers in good time. Seems they take on more than they can handle…

The property was advertised on various sites but the quality of photos their recommended photographer was not fully satisfactory to us despite us to pay for the photos (while other high street estate agents includes this as a part of their services)

We had a great experience with the Richard James team at the Highworth branch. They showed a high level of professionalism each step of the way, from finding our dream home to helping us sell our property.
