Living away from Birmingham, I didn't get to met any of the staff, something I do regret. All credit to the Sales staff. Yes, a few viewings, with a number of no shows unfortunately. The property was on the market for just weeks before I accepted an offer, s t c, of course.

I have had a couple of viewings with Jeff Field, all have been pleasant, he takes time to explain the property and went over and gave us a recommendation of other oulsnam properties, the team are pleasant to speak to and willing to help when needed. Thanks oulsnam

We don't often leave reviews but I think it's fair to leave one when credit is due.
We viewed a house with Jeff Field today and what a breath of fresh air, great man and exactly what you want from a viewing representative. He had an answer ready for every question we asked him and was just generally a very inviting person. If we could use Jeff to view all the properties we could view then we would, thanks again Jeff.

We were lucky to get an offer on the very first viewing and although the sale has taken a while, we are finally there. Oulsnam's were reassuring throughout and proactive on chasing things up.

I’m not sure how they’ve had my review removed concerning 10 swan street. I lived there for 18 months, the bedroom ceiling was thick with black, dripping wet mould. I left the house to which they kept my deposit despite the circumstances they had me living in. I can now see its up for sale with pictures showing they’ve attempted to paint over the mould which you can still see. Jackie had a terrible attitude and any issues with the property they werent interested in.
