Claire at Oulsnam has been super helpful right from Valuation of my property, through to exchange/completion. Communication has been wonderful, and there was no hassle with arranging viewings. Her friendly approach is what made her stand out from other estate agents too - no question has been any trouble. I was fortunate that my house was only on the market for a week before a sale was agreed - but it was nice to feel we had trust in our agent - which made the process so easy. Claire has also kept in contact regularly throughout, giving updates and checking in, ensuring we have all the information we need. Would definitely recommend Oulsnam! Claire, thank you once again for all your help!

Oulsnam Barnt Green did an excellent job selling my mother's house in probate. An early offer fell through when the probate process took longer than we had hoped and Shelbi and her colleagues got straight back onto it and found another buyer quickly. They clearly know their market extremely well and knew when to push us and when to tell us to hold our nerve. Oulsnam have now sold my family two houses (in 1978 and 2021) and then sold them both for us (in 2021 and 2024) - a great job done!

Not very proactive. The initial marketing, adding to Rightmove was essentially all the marketing they did. There's an expectation that the property should sell itself and when it doesn't and asked what the strategy should be their only recommendation was to reduce. I had to chase feedback and there was a fairly lazy approach to coordinating viewing I.e. whatever was asked for rather than planning appropriate slots to suit seller availability.

My recent experience of buying and selling properties through Oulsnams was excellent. The team at Moseley, especially James and Lisa were always friendly, yet professional, supportive and thoughtful. They were very good at keeping in contact regarding progress. I have no hesitation in recommending them as an excellent Estate Agents.

The advice from Tim and the team was spot on for selling our property in Stirchley. We were particularly impressed with their engagement with us. There was always a human voice at the end of the phone (never a recorded message) and they always responded promptly, calling back if anyone was not available when we rang.
