Our experience of Robinsons Estate agents in Durham was second to none from Start to finish, our house was valued by manager Keith and in line with what we believed it was worth, we achieved over our asking price and believe that this was down to the high standard of marketing and professionalism of Keith and his team Ann, Stacey, Emily, and Keighley who became 5 star Angels dealing with questions and queries as the sale progressed and making our sale so stress free what more could we have asked for other than to thank Keith, Ann, Stacey,Emily, and Keighley for making our forever home happen. We would throughly recommend this excellent estate agent team and would willing use them again if required Martin and Lesley

If you are renting in Bishop Auckland, go elsewhere. Rude, unprofessional and not interested at all. They allowed a vulnerable tenant to live in a complete and utter pigsty with no roof, wall to wall mould, with bags of human waste and needles filling the yard and have consistently negated their legal obligations. Thankfully, the tenant has since moved out, these clowns won't be laughing when this gets to court. I cannot recommend this shambles of a company to anyone. Avoid at all costs.

Very helpful staff, especially Karen and Michelle at Chester le Street branch. Purchased property and they answered queries, chased up and contacted relevant parties promptly and got back to me. Thank you for all your help, especially Michelle on and around completion day.
