Absolutely the worst estate agents in the north east, I have tried on several occasions to view and purchase property’s through this company and I must say they don’t know there AR$€ from there elbow. Refusing to book an appointment saying that it is SOLD STC however this property is still on there own website for sale and the right move portal these should be reported to the property ombudsman. The list is endless of property failures on there behalf dating back to over 20 years with myself. Please save your time and use another agent... Read more

Another depressing example of an estate agent clueless at best and ignorant at worst I booked to see a lovely property in wolsingham but was unable to make the viewing so mailed Barbara to cancel and request a rebook. Nothing. I mailed again - nothing Clearly Barbara has hit her targets as negotiator this month and just couldn’t be bothered to answer my mails. I especially loved the strap line in this lady’s mail saying “if I can be of any further assistance please don’t hesitate to contact me” Well Barbara I did - twice. Perhaps you weren’t in ??... Very disappointed. Only 2 viewings, or so they told me. Due to the amount of mail at the front door, I suspect there was only 1 viewing in 16 weeks. They asked me to drop the price twice and when the house didn't sell, they suggested that I put it to auction. I later discovered that, as the agent, they would make more money if the house went to auction, than the commission I would have paid, if sold. Apparently, the auction house and agent share the £6k buyers premium between them. I'm now with another agent who also won't make any money unless it sells.... Read more
