We recently bought our first home, and the whole experience was made so much easier thanks to the support we received from our estate agent.<br><br>As first-time buyers, there were lots of things we were unsure about, but Jason was always helpful, professional and easy to communicate with. He kept us updated throughout the process, answered our questions and made sure we understood what was happening at each stage.<br><br>Buying your first home can be stressful, but having someone who is supportive and genuinely cares about helping you through the process makes a huge difference. Ilarion was excellent throughout our whole sale, from viewings through to a long, stressful exchange. He kept us well informed at every stage, and when our chain hit repeated delays outside his control, he chased hard to get us answers others couldn’t. Highly recommend.

Very unprofessional and grossly unreliable. Second time they have called 6pm the day before a viewing is due to take place (diarised for over a week) to cancel. No apology or care, no explanation, and quite rude. Poor management and quite amateur-ish.

From the first time we met, Sophie listened to exactly what we were looking for, and as soon as she saw our forever home she just knew - and did everything in her power to help us get it!<br><br>Sophie is incredibly knowledgable and was instrumental in managing both sides of the deal to make sure everything progressed as it should.
