I have been let down by this company several times. Agents do not turn up and give wrong information to customers. Having had no contact from the company for several weeks I spoke to an Agent a week or so ago. He arranged to visit me as he was new to acquaint himself with my property. He did not turn up or either. Of course I will get the age old excuse they tried to phone but this was not the case as I record all telephone conversations. I also sent an email to the owner of Statons some weeks ago and never had a reply. Perhaps customers response is below him. Overall this company in my opinion has deteriorated over the last year or so.

We feel that we had a personal relationship with Sophie Edwards throughout our quest to sell our property. She was understanding and did her utmost to get the price we wanted. She also tried hard to find us our new property always available to revisit when we wished.

We had such a great experience selling our flat with Statons. We dealt with Angelo who was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The flat sold in just 6 weeks for a price we were really happy with, especially impressive considering there are still other flats in our building for sale with different agents that have been on the market for much longer and still haven’t sold!
The photos Statons arranged were perfect, and the video they created really captured the style and feel of the flat which was a nice bonus. Throughout the whole process, the team were helpful and responded quickly.
A special mention to Angelo, who went above and beyond even making sure our cat was comfortable during viewings!
I couldn’t recommend Statons enough and we will be using them for all future sales!
