Angelo Loizou at Statons has been amazing with the sale and purchase of my Mum’s house. He has been extremely professional and always quick getting back to us with answers to questions. Sophie, Josh and the Statons team handled the purchase of our new home with a lot of patience, great 2 way communication and ultimately helped guide us to a very good outcome with respect to our purchase and also vis-a-vis the sellers. Would wholeheartedly recommend leaning on their experience in North London - thanks to the whole team involved and I have no doubt we will remain in touch over the years ahead.

We had such a great experience selling our flat with Statons. We dealt with Angelo who was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The flat sold in just 6 weeks for a price we were really happy with, especially impressive considering there are still other flats in our building for sale with different agents that have been on the market for much longer and still haven’t sold!
The photos Statons arranged were perfect, and the video they created really captured the style and feel of the flat which was a nice bonus. Throughout the whole process, the team were helpful and responded quickly.
A special mention to Angelo, who went above and beyond even making sure our cat was comfortable during viewings!
I couldn’t recommend Statons enough and we will be using them for all future sales!
