I am quite shocked by the professionalism of the young lady (if you would call her that) who represents such a well known estate agents of the area. Not only based on the interaction to view a property but also with hand gestures coming out of the car park. I am truly disgusted, however the young man seems polite and apologetic.

One word: Excellent.
My house was beautifully photographed and advertised. It went under offer in 6 days the first time and 5 days the second time. The Statons staff were conscientious, patient and very positive in their approach so we felt very well supported. They were punctual, polite and always available to answer any concerns - thank you so much. They turned what could have been a stressful time into something very manageable and a special thank you to Bradley for co-ordinating our sale and purchase of the flat. You said we would complete in mid-October and that is when it happened. I'm in love with my new home!

I thought Bradley and the Statons Radlett Team were always, courteous, available, knowledgable and assisted every step of the way.
Even though i was not your client (as i was the purchaser) this did not seem to matter, questions about the property, utilities and local amenities were not too much - so much so that Bradley even arranged to get quotes from local trades for certain jobs - he went over and above and i will not hesitate to recommend both Bradley and Statons to friend and clients alike.
