I had to double check the write-up / advertising and asked them to amend inconsistencies.
Also, I asked them to advertise my property at a slightly lower price than they had advised.
They are very knowledgeable, energetic and focused.
Let's wait and see if the sale does indeed go to fruition.

We used Truepennys for our recent sale. They were exceptional from start to finish, guiding us though a very tough market. Unlike other estate agents we've worked with, having Wallace as a separate (and highly experienced) member of staff whose role was to push the sale through quickly once it was agreed was hugely helpful. The whole team worked together to get the sale over the line quickly.

Awful experience, agent tried to cancel last minute as I ‘hadn’t confirmed the viewing’ that we had arranged the previous day, turned up late and then didn’t have the right keys to enter the flat.

Professional and very friendly service. Managed to rent out my property with them and no problems so far. Highly competitive fee structure and much fairer than I saw with other companies. Chloe, Bhav and the team managed to find a great tenant within a week of posting the ad.

Me and my partner were looking for a flat in London, we used Truepennys to support us during the search and for the offer process for one of our favourite flats. We ended up signing a contract for another place, but the support we received from Madison and John was so good; they were easy to reach, communicative; they answere all our questions quickly and in a very helpful way.
