A great experience with Truepennys and I would recommend them. John was really honest and helpful from the start. Their fees were the cheapest compared to other agents and they tried to get me the best price compared to other agents. They even read my meters for me after completion as I was away, and flagged a maintenance issue they discovered one time on viewings, offering to send someone to fix it. It went a bit quiet at one point and I had to call for updates but I would rather that than be hounded with phone calls. I felt in control of the experience and they listened and acted on my instruction. Both John and Wallace were great to work with - thanks Truepennys!

I would genuinely recommend using Truepenny’s Charlton if you want to sell your property. From the initial valuation (which was much more realistic that other overly inflated figures from other estate agents) the service by the team in the Charlton branch was excellent. We were trying to sell our flat in an already difficult market but Bhavi and David secured many viewings over the summer and finally an offer was made. The team were always available to help and nudge things along. I’d happily use them again.
