Professional and very friendly service. Managed to rent out my property with them and no problems so far. Highly competitive fee structure and much fairer than I saw with other companies. Chloe, Bhav and the team managed to find a great tenant within a week of posting the ad.<br><br>Thanks guys hope it continues to go well.

I’ve just read Truepennys response to my previous review. Their response is empty and their claims have no basis. I stand by what I said. Whatever you do, do not work with this agency. They only mean trouble. There are plenty of other estate agents much more reputable and safe compared to them. Peace out ??

Disgusting estate agent. They stole part of our deposit in regards to professional cleaning job. We paid around £450 for a professional cleaning job (this was included in the contract) on the day of moving out, and they still took a large part of our deposit due to the cleaning being done before we moved out. Truepennys, feel free to deny this, because I know you will, but we will just attach another review with evidence. So I suggest you don’t even try it. But, they got part of it back to us, just under half the money! Amazing, thanks truepennys!!<br><br>Oh and by the way, Mariem and Valencia are some of the most useless, rude agents ever. In fact, she even shouted at us down the phone when we asked some simple questions.<br><br>All in all, DO NOT go with these estate agents. They are awful. Thanks :)

Terrible experience, terrible estate agent.<br><br>Stole part of our deposit on a technicality about professional cleaning. We paid ~£450 for a professional cleaning (this was stipulated in the contract) on the day of move out, yet they still took a large part of our deposit due to the cleaning being done before we moved out.<br><br>Common sense would tell you that it would be impossible to let the cleaners in after moving out. However the great minds at truepennys evidently lack this basic skill.<br><br>Maybe Mariem or Valencia could shed some light on this.... But good luck getting a reply out of either of them.<br><br>In the end, after lots of back and forth with the DPS, we were able to recover around half of the money Truepennys falsely claimed from our deposit.
