Very keen to sign me up but any further communication had to be instigated by me or my son. Feed back was very poor other branches were not helpful at all. Have now moved to another agency

Overall, a positive experience. The viewings were good, i don’t think they pushed for the most money, but I didn't ask them too so not really a negative. I do think the post sale service needs a lot of work though - I am the one pushing everything along, and chasing the agent and both solicitors, and more could be done to be more pro active. But the sales process was good overall.

I highly recommend Truepenny's Estate Agent in Greenwich. My property managers Mariem & Valencia, has been absolutely fantastic! they are incredibly communicative, professional, and supportive. As a tenant, I feel fortunate to have them as my property managers. Thank you so much!
