I rented out a 1 bedroom flat in East Dulwich through Truepenny's. They found me a lovely tenant, offered me very useful advice as a first time landlord and the whole experience was both efficient and speedy. My point of contact was Lina who could not have been nicer - she was courteous, well-organised and very competent. However, all the staff I met were extremely friendly and prepared to help. I would certainly recommend them to other landlords in the East Dulwich area.

I definitely recommend working with Albert Marques and the Truepenny's team in East Dulwich if you're looking for a flat in the area. Twice now Albert has found us the perfect flat - the first we lived in for 5 years before moving abroad. This month, Albert has come through again - helping us secure the ideal home while we're overseas. He's made the whole process seamless once again, and my husband I have appreciated his honesty and willingness to go the extra mile. Where 3 other agents in the area didn't bother to even respond to our inquiries, Albert went out of his way to call us in the US to discuss our options and fill in all of the local details and information. And we can't wait to move back to London - Albert and Truepenny's have managed to take all of the stress out of our international relocation!
