My only comments so far is that I thought their approach would be a fresh modern one but it seems on the face of it, their selling model is the traditional one ie volume of stock on market plus on line marketing and wait for enquiries.

Selling a home can be an emotionally taxing experience, especially if you actually love the property, as we did. Choosing a estate agents to sell your home and putting all your trust into them is one thing, 5 weeks into a agreed sale to then be told there not even sure the buyers have even got a mortgage in principle, Chris the sales guy was trying to purchase some of the land attached to the property and trying to dictate sales to suit the purchase of the land is very unprofessional, we then decided we wanted to change estate agents due to the unprofessionalism and Chris decided to call up the new estate agents and try to sabotage the new listing, we then had a viewing on the property via the new estate agents and the potential buyer called chosen by mistake Chris was not finished he started slating the property and tried his best to put them off, we are extremely Disappointed with this type of behaviour and unprofessionalism, shocking to think your trusting these people to sell your home .

Mandy is exceptional and found us a great buyer in our first week and didn’t let anything rest until a successful completion. She and Sarah Jane have provided the best service of any estate agents we have ever been involved with (and there have been lots) and we would not hesitate to engage with them again!
