10th Feb 2025 (6 weeks ago)All very nice people in the team to speak to. In terms of selling the house however they often turned up late to viewings, little enthusiasm when selling, no personal touch or questions about us as sellers to use it felt like it was just another box of bricks. When coming to do a viewing they didn't know about what was happening with offers and kept asking us if there had been any when they should know as the estate agent! Our house wasn't anything special but also was in good state, we had 30 viewings so alot of interest but then when they came to view only 2 offers in total. Little feedback on any suggestions to change or improve the selling potential. It's also a long contract 20 weeks plus 28days notice so just make sure you read that before signing. We switched agents.

24th Jan 2025 (8 weeks ago)Although my house sale was handled through the Wolverhampton office, Matthew Lowe from the Solihull branch played a vital supporting role and helped with both promotional work and getting the sale to completion swiftly. If you want a consummate professional with decades of experience handling your property, I can't recommend anyone more highly than Matthew. Unusual circumstances and difficult market was neatly handled and top client base secured a sale for me. In regards to the service that was provided, personal, professional and supportive throughout. I was never once in the dark and Clare helped make sure that everything went smoothly as possible. 100% would recommend and 100% trust.

Russell Patterson has most certainly shattered this perception in his handling of the sale of our house. His patience and courtesy over an unexpectedly long 18 month period (due to market conditions) were much needed. The continuity of communication with a single person throughout the process cannot be commended highly enough. Russell and his team were always reassuring when things looked grim and we wholeheartedly recommend them for their truly professional service.
