They were flexible, understanding and went out of their way to enable me to bring forward the move in date as I needed due to my circumstances. Chiara even checked in on us long after we’d move to ensure we were happy. Thank you to both.
15th Aug 2025 (9 mo. ago)I moved to Xact from another agent and have been really pleased with their performance. Lovely pictures, very prompt and efficient service on every level. The difference is they know the local area, understand the market and they don’t just rely on all the usual property portals - they proactively market the property. I would highly recommend both the Knowle and Balsall Common office if you are thinking of buying or selling.

12th May 2026 (12 days ago)The team at Shipways in Shirley were incredibly helpful in supporting us as first time buyers. We bumped into a few issues with the sellers solicitors being obstructive when there was a leak at the property, but the team at shipways were always there to help communicate concerns, speeding up the process for all of us and playing a large part in resolving the issue. Hannah, Dan and Callum attended our viewings with us, answering all of our many questions in a friendly and professional manner. Sam, the senior branch manager was also incredibly helpful throughout the purchase, with very quick responses, putting our minds at ease when we felt a bit lost due to obstructive solicitors. Couldn’t recommend the team enough, especially as first time buyers!
8th May 2026 (16 days ago)Daniel was extremely helpful in guiding me and my wife through the process of selling our late fathers property, he gave us advice around probate, what we could do to the property to make it look more presentable, and also took the time out in his own time to make sure we were kept up to date at every stage with offers and the like. You get a sense that Daniel really cares about his job and making sure people get the right service. We will be going back to Daniel when we sell our house in a few years to downsize and I hope he will still be there to help us again, he is a credit to Burchell Edwards.

Unusual circumstances and difficult market was neatly handled and top client base secured a sale for me. In regards to the service that was provided, personal, professional and supportive throughout. I was never once in the dark and Clare helped make sure that everything went smoothly as possible. 100% would recommend and 100% trust.

Communication was excellent throughout and we always felt well informed. They organised a great open day which led to a quick sale, and everything was handled smoothly. 20th May 2026 (4 days ago)At first I had afew different people contacting me when it would have been nice to deal with just one person but after me asking for some continuity the commnuication was great from them. I found everyone personable and eager to help sell my property. The photographer could have moved more personal belongings to make the pics look better and I would have done that but they had an equipment problem so had to go back the day after without me there. All minor things but they have done what I asked them to do and that is to sell it so I am more than happy.

They have a personal approach to understanding the wants and needs of both the seller and potential purchasers. If we can sail to completion as smoothly as things have gone so far, it'll be a truly 5 star service.- 20th Feb 2026 (13 weeks ago)I wish I had instructed Paul to sell my property initially because it had languished with 2 well known agents for Months without any sensible sale plan/updates. Paul offered straight talking, no nonsense advice. We had an offer within days of the viewings. Go with an agent who is as committed as you are to sell and will add valuable insight to the process. You won't be disappointed with Paul.
