Ben DawsonI Used vision as my estate agent and they were always proactive, contactable and had great contacts. There market knowledge was great and I would highly recommend3rd Feb 2022 (14 weeks ago)Mohammed RaufSeen a apartment via vision properties, paid the holding deposit and filled out a pre-tenancy agreement. On the pre tenancy agreement I clearly stated about my adverse credit only to get an email from Toby to say that I require an guarantor which I was given 3 days to sort out after all the checks had been done. Anyway I cancelled the flat and requested my holding deposit to be refunded. I was asked to send in my bank details for the funds to be transferred into the account and when that didn't arrive I been chasing this up only to be told that it has been done and they will chase it up with accounts department (LYING) . As yet its been a week and nothing has come through yet, from my understanding bank transfers take 4 hours max and card refunds takes up 5 working days max.
