15th Aug 2025 (7 mo. ago)I moved to Xact from another agent and have been really pleased with their performance. Lovely pictures, very prompt and efficient service on every level. The difference is they know the local area, understand the market and they don’t just rely on all the usual property portals - they proactively market the property. I would highly recommend both the Knowle and Balsall Common office if you are thinking of buying or selling.

They acted professional, helpfully and keep us abreast of how the process was going. What more they always did what they said they would and did it on time. The guidance of both Emily and Rodger was invaluable and made the whole purchase process so much less stressful Brilliant job Earles Alas the same can not be said of our vendors agents

Lewis however was fantastic in the support and help he give us to enable the move to be completed. He worked tirelessly in keeping us informed and helped to keep all the relevant parties engaged enabling a complicated purchase to be finalised in a timely manner. Thanks very much for all your help Lewis - it was much appreciated.

Unusual circumstances and difficult market was neatly handled and top client base secured a sale for me. In regards to the service that was provided, personal, professional and supportive throughout. I was never once in the dark and Clare helped make sure that everything went smoothly as possible. 100% would recommend and 100% trust.

Everyone at Ruxtons was great, especially Nav & Tracy for their knowledge, patience and honest advice. But most of all a big thank you to Helen for keeping me well informed, all parties on their toes and making it all happen! Well done!

Once you got hold of the team they were brilliant but I did find the automated call system a bit frustrating. Overall they gave a heads up on the progress throughout.

I have been kept up to date throughout the process and feel confident that they are supporting me as a seller. I was a little concerned at first that their valuation was £25,000 above what another agent had provided, but I needn't have been as they secured an asking price offer a week after it went onto the market!

All that’s left is for me to pick up the keys but can’t fault Arden at all, great experience especially compared to other local estate agents!

Paul offered straight talking, no nonsense advice. We had an offer within days of the viewings. Go with an agent who is as committed as you are to sell and will add valuable insight to the process. You won't be disappointed with Paul.
