I got keys quickly and when I brought up a few issues with Natasha once settled in, she got on it straight away. The first man didn't show after I spoke to him but she chased other contractors and got all my issues sorted with in a couple of weeks. Im happy and can't thank her enough, thanks again Natasha and her team at Cottons.

What can be a nerve racking time i was totally put at ease by his professionalism and knowledge. Hecwent through everything in great detail making sure I got the right mortgage for me and that I totally understood each product. I couldn't recommend him enough ! Hannah and Sam from the Shirley branch have been absolutely amazing the communication has been soo easy and had instant replies. I definitely recommend these guys so professional so lovely and understanding. Throughout that time, she was professional, reliable, and always easy to communicate with. Leigh was particularly helpful when it came to managing the flat and dealing with any maintenance or repair issues. Whenever something needed fixing, she handled it promptly and efficiently, making the whole process smooth and stress-free for us. It was reassuring to know we could rely on him to get things sorted without delay. She was always responsive, kept us informed, and showed genuine care in making sure everything was in good order. We would highly recommend Leigh to anyone looking for a dependable and proactive agent!

22nd Apr 2026 (15 days ago)I have only good words to say about the team at Bayzos. My experience was so much better than I’ve had previous with other agents. Bayzos appear to have thought about what the customer wants and needs and have done everything they can to make it happen. From the initial contact, valuation and advice on what I could do to add to the appeal of the house - thanks James, to the viewings arranged and managed by Leah - immediate comms and feedback on WhatsApp made me feel completely confident in the process. Then support from Jack and also the constant comms and pushing from sales progression team Karen and Michelle. I’ve probably forgotten someone! Seamless and professional but also personal. Thank you!

I have been kept up to date throughout the process and feel confident that they are supporting me as a seller. I was a little concerned at first that their valuation was £25,000 above what another agent had provided, but I needn't have been as they secured an asking price offer a week after it went onto the market!

Danny and Lillie were extremely helpful during this difficult time and kept me very well informed throughout the whole process. I had used Crabb Curtis in 2018 when I sold my own house and that is why I chose them again.

3rd May 2026 (4 days ago)I have been with black and gold’s for several years now and only joined as recommended to use Sharon who left, we have had several issues with amounts being deducted for tax on invoices when the company is not vat registered?? Then had to chase for the difference , some of the quotes for work seem inflated and they never cost when there is a problem like other agents they just send their contractors !!! Currently suddenly have an issue with a wall that needs a structural engineer who their contractor uses !!! Say no more

8th Apr 2026 (29 days ago)I used Dixons for the sale of my property. Becky came out and conducted her valuation. Her customer service is amazing, she was very approachable, friendly and professional. Becky was always there to help with all the solicitors paperwork. Naif came and did the viewings, he was always happy and made me feel at ease with the sale. Overall i would reccomend Dixons Yardley.
