What can I say he was very knowledgeable he explained everything to me from start to finish. Sukie sorted my company mortgage out just like saying not to worry all will be done which he did not disappoint very impressed. If anyone is looking for new/ remortgage I will suggest go to Sukie he will sort it out. Sukie thank you so much and will see you soon with my other project's. Top man

27th Jan 2026 (8 weeks ago)I first called Encasa in November 2025 about a property but received no follow-up. I called again first week in January 2026 to arrange a viewing while I would be in the area, but still received no response. My son also called on my behalf and was told to email if it was urgent, even though he explained I was travelling a distance away from Solihull and as I was viewing another house and because they didn't get back to me can I view their house yet there was no follow-up to any of these attempts. This repeated lack of responsiveness caused unnecessary stress and wasted time. Serious buyers should be aware that arranging a viewing with Encasa can be very frustrating.

The team handled the process efficiently, kept me updated throughout and worked hard to secure a suitable tenant in a very short space of time. The communication was excellent and they made what can often be a stressful process very straightforward. I would highly recommend them to any landlord looking for a reliable and professional estate agent for any commercial/residential property lettings

Callie walker was amazing in helping us secure our new home, with amazing, polite and quick communication all through the very quick process, she honestly made it all so easy for us to understand and complete. Answered every question we had and took us through all the forms step by step without hesitation!! We honestly couldn't be happier with the service we have received ???? ????

Once you got hold of the team they were brilliant but I did find the automated call system a bit frustrating. Overall they gave a heads up on the progress throughout.

I have been kept up to date throughout the process and feel confident that they are supporting me as a seller. I was a little concerned at first that their valuation was £25,000 above what another agent had provided, but I needn't have been as they secured an asking price offer a week after it went onto the market!

All that’s left is for me to pick up the keys but can’t fault Arden at all, great experience especially compared to other local estate agents!

Their team was unprepared during house viewings, failed to highlight any of the property’s strengths, and gave no feedback at all. Communication was poor and the whole process felt disorganized and unprofessional. I would not recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable estate agent.
