Nicola was in contact with both solicitors and made sure that the whole process ran smoothly and everyone was on the ball. I've been a tenant for a very long time with different agencies and these guys and their approach, from the first call through to viewing, the honesty and the proactiveness have been amazing. Especially Madison and Evie, I would strongly recommend them for tenants

I have used them for both purchase and letting my portfolio. Kevin, Yvonne, Charles and Emmie have been great in getting my shops and flats let promptly. Communication and update at every stage has been outstanding throughout the process. I would definately recommend the firm!!

Saqib and Oliver have been exceptionally supportive from Day 1 , they explained the terms and contract clearly and guided us through every step of the process to ensure all the documents and preparations required for letting our flat were satisfied. They really made our experience less complex and stress free. We were also very impressed with how well they advertised our property. The marketing was outstanding and as a result we secured a tenant on the very first day of viewing.?????????????????? I have no doubt her support and assistance will continue during my rental tenancy contract.<br><br>Since Harry took over as Property Manager in the Rental Dept , he has acted in a very professional, efficient, considerate and friendly manner throughout. I do hope Harry will continue to manage the property for the foreseeable future!<br><br>04/08/2026:<br>I have been a tenant at my current property for almost 8 years. Joshua, my Property Manager is professional in his role, yet friendly too. He's polite, re-assuring, supportive and communicates with me at all times as and when needed. I certainly don't have any negative views on him at all!<br>I'm very happy having Joshua as my PM!

Martin and Co presided over the collapse of our house sale after 7 months and in the week we were due to exchange after having spent a large amount of money and time. We’ve complained to the Ombudsman and are confident they will find in our favour. We would NOT recommend Martin and Co, and particularly so called ‘consultant’ Carl Hemming in any way.

14th Jul 2026 (29 days ago)I recently sold my parents property with Horton & Senate and I cannot leave anything less than a 5 star review - there really should be more stars for these guys! From the very beginning dealing with Justyn and later Jennifer, the team have been fantastic with dealing with the various issued I faced with the sale. They guided and advised me, listened to me when things got tough and helped me through the various meltdowns I had.<br>Thankfully, after what seemed like a very long time, the house finally sold, a very bittersweet day but also one filled with much relief.<br>I honestly cannot recommend Horton & Senate enough if you are looking to sell, or indeed buy a house!<br>A MASSIVE thank you!

A big THANK YOU to Azaan for making the whole process so easy and stress free.<br><br>His communication was excellent from start to finish. We didn’t even need to keep going into the office. Whenever we had any questions, big or small, he was always there to answer them without ever making us feel like we were bothering him.<br><br>Azaan was very professional, also really friendly and easy to deal with, which made the whole experience smooth and comfortable.<br><br>I would definitely recommend Midlands Housing.<br><br>Really appreciate all his help.

From start to finish, the whole journey has been fantastic, and the level of service has been far beyond what I expected.<br><br>A special thank you to Fran, who has been absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. Her communication has been clear, honest and consistent every step of the way. Unlike your average estate agent, Fran genuinely cares about her clients and always went out of her way to keep me updated even when there wasn’t much to report. I never had to chase for information because she was always one step ahead, making sure I knew exactly what was happening.<br><br>There were never any pressure tactics just honest advice, professionalism, and genuine support from someone who clearly takes pride in her work. A huge credit also goes to Fran’s wonderful team, who were equally friendly, helpful and professional throughout. I have been speaking to Hannah and Callum and they have been very informative and polite throughout whereas the other estate agents have been difficult to work with. Hannah and Callum have been very responsive and patient and I really hope I am able to find a property soon!
