The lettings team did a fantastic job in finding us new tenants after our previous occupant gave notice. Morgan was fantastic and arranged block viewings very quickly and agreed a brilliant deal for us in no time at all. He was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Morgan and the rest of the team to anyone in need of their services. Sharon was also incredibly helpful and happy to talk us through the process whenever we had questions. 10/10, thank you team Stratford

I cannot recommend the team highly enough... efficient, communicative, patient, organised, flexible, responsive and above all kind to me.

Together with his business partner Chris Mobbs they created plenty of viewings culminating in a good sale price. The marketing strategy was above and beyond others and the communication always timely and helpful. Overall we feel that F&C offer a very professional and personal service.

From the outset Adrian was polite helpful and most importantly knowledgeable about the market place, the site my van was on and how best to sell. Would highly reccomend this company, they sold my van for over 18K more than the site offered me, couldnt have been more please with the company, and service we recieved from Adrian - would highly reccomend

She responded promptly and ensured the problems were sorted and the purchase went through. I would recommend the Agents and Charley without hesitation.

20th Dec 2020 (3 years ago)When we were considering selling our house, we approached all the established estate agents in the area. We were informed of a new agency and felt we should investigate further. It was clear from the outset that EB & P were an exceptional team. Esther Broomall and her colleague Lucy previously worked with John Shepherd before his retirement, and have therefore gained great experience of the industry and the local market in Solihull and Warwickshire. They are exceptionally personable, highly professional and have prominent Rightmove presence. In making our decision, we put ourselves in the buyers shoes as to who we would like to deal with and it was clear that EB & P were streets ahead (no pun intended!). If you are considering selling or buying a house, we would highly recommend Esther and Lucy.
