Overall, a stress-free and professional service. Karen Hudson, who is the Tenancy Manager, is highly professional and responds to emails promptly. She always made sure to follow up on maintenance and gave helpful advice.

2nd Aug 2025 (25 weeks ago)Our sale which finally completed this week has given me faith in the role of estate agents and that there are really good agents out there after some genuinely terrible earlier experiences. Emily was calm and professional from start to finish (even when I was neither of those things!). She not only found a buyer and got us three different offers within ten days of going on the market at a price that we were happy with but she went above and beyond to keep the chain together, to make sure we didn't lose our buyers when their sale fell through and to give me enough information to make the process as low stress and un-traumatic as possible. Highly recommended.

5th Jan 2026 (19 days ago)?????????? I recently purchased a house where Rachel & Martin were the seller’s estate agent, and I honestly couldn’t fault their service at all. From my very first enquiry right through to completion and even beyond, Rachel was my main point of contact and was nothing short of amazing — she was actually more helpful than our own agents. She was always friendly, professional, and her communication was absolutely impeccable, no matter the time or day. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and she genuinely helped make what can be a stressful process feel smooth and straightforward. I couldn’t recommend Rachel & Martin highly enough, or F&C as a company. A truly outstanding service.

10th Dec 2025 (6 weeks ago)Went on a viewing the 29th. I followed up on the 1st Dec with a range of questions regarding the property as I am interested in purchasing, no reply. Chase up again on the 9th, then hit with an out of office. Sent another email to a generic email and still no response. Disappointing so far as if I go through with this property will I even get a reply throughout?!
16th Jan 2026 (8 days ago)DO NOT RENT FROM THIS AGENCY. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! A recent sharing from one of the brother and sister review that, this agency will pick into small detail in order to deduct the deposit as much as possible after the tenancy end. We all look in the details and noted that even with DPS with condition stated in the tenancy (the conditions where the letting agency can deduct deposit), this letting agent will still try to deduct the deposit with condition which is not in DPS stated condition (like dirt in kitchen, mold in bathroom, mattress etc). They will use an affliate company and try to make the quotation as high as possible in order to claim to deduct deposit. We have legal representatives in our group and confirm this ugly trick which exist in some of the letting agents in birmingham too. It is all about money. You have been warned!

Paul Petticrew took the time to, publish professional photos and videos of our house and handled all viewings and provided regular feedback. Superb!!

Having to deal with such a sensitive and personal situation, lily was professional and understanding throughout.Her communication from the get go was outstanding, never had to wait, answered all of my queries and gave advice that was needed.She adapted from professional to personal when needed and that made me feel at ease having to deal with everything moving forward, cannot recommend lily, and John miller enough. She is a credit to the company and to herself ????
23rd Jan 2026 (1 day ago)I found them very good at communicating with us and keeping upto date with viewings. The conversion rate between viewings and offers were quite disappointing. They appear to different staff at the weekends when.most of the viewings take place and its my opinion that these were not knowledgeable about the property and not prepared to respond to questions and enquiries successfully.

The sale of my mother’s property was somewhat emotional and stressful but made so much easier by the team. I was really pleased with the marketing and negotiations. Emma was amazing professional and reassuring and ensured the sale progressed to completion as smoothly as possible. Highly recommend.
7th Jan 2026 (17 days ago)We instructed Paul (a founding partner at Moveli) to sell our property in South West London. We were sold on the promise of a personalised, bespoke service that high-street agents couldn't match. In reality, the experience was the complete opposite. ?We constantly had to chase Paul for updates; it felt like we were project managing him rather than the other way around. He was difficult to contact and, concerningly, often seemed to be acting in the interest of our buyers rather than us, his clients. ?In the UK market, sales progression is vital, and this is where the service failed completely. The buyers pulled out two weeks before Christmas without warning. We suspect they were having similar communication issues, and we were shocked that Paul had absolutely no finger on the pulse to see this coming. This eventually caused our chain to collapse and our sellers to withdraw, leaving us out of pocket and having to start the sale and purchase process all over again. ?I strongly advise SW London sellers to avoid! RESPONSE TO MOVELI'S REPLY BELOW: Moveli’s response to this review actually highlights exactly why our experience was so poor. Regarding the timeline: We did lose an onward purchase 3 months into the process. At the time, Paul explicitly assured us that our buyers did not have an issue with this and were happy to continue with the purchase. If they were actually "concerned" as you now claim, Paul failed to communicate this to us or manage expectations. Regarding "access issues": Your reply mentions "delays and difficulties around access." This is the first we are hearing of this. We were never informed of any access issues during the sale. If these issues existed and were annoying the buyers, why did Paul not tell us? The fact that I am finding out about "access issues" and buyer dissatisfaction via a Google Review reply, months later, rather than from my agent during the sale, further reinforces the issues and communication failures I mentioned above.

She was incredibly friendly and welcoming at our viewing; was always on hand to answer all of our questions throughout the process and liaised with all stakeholders in order to push for as quick a completion as possible, which we were after. Additionally, she made herself available at short notice to let us in prior to exchange to measure everything we needed to for furniture. If we were to sell in the future, I would certainly request for Mandy to support.

The level of communication and engagement has been excellent and exactly what i needed throughout a difficult sale (due to my property, not Wilkins!) I also received the most amount of viewings with this agent than any other and never felt forgotten about during quiet periods. I was extremely anxious regarding my sale after previous experience with other estate agents’ and want to thank Sean, Samiya and Grace who i mainly dealt with for everything (especially putting up with me!) Thanks everyone - great team!
