Overall, a stress-free and professional service. Karen Hudson, who is the Tenancy Manager, is highly professional and responds to emails promptly. She always made sure to follow up on maintenance and gave helpful advice.

They acted professional, helpfully and keep us abreast of how the process was going. What more they always did what they said they would and did it on time. The guidance of both Emily and Rodger was invaluable and made the whole purchase process so much less stressful Brilliant job Earles Alas the same can not be said of our vendors agents

From my very first enquiry right through to completion and even beyond, Rachel was my main point of contact and was nothing short of amazing — she was actually more helpful than our own agents. She was always friendly, professional, and her communication was absolutely impeccable, no matter the time or day. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and she genuinely helped make what can be a stressful process feel smooth and straightforward. I couldn’t recommend Rachel & Martin highly enough, or F&C as a company. A truly outstanding service.

Right from the start, from viewing the property with the lovely Melissa then through to completion, the whole process was made as smooth as possible. Sara worked tirelessly to chase solicitors etc. and to push for a quick completion. I would highly recommend MECS Sales & Lettings and the team.

Paul Petticrew took the time to, publish professional photos and videos of our house and handled all viewings and provided regular feedback. Superb!!

The sale of my mother’s property was somewhat emotional and stressful but made so much easier by the team. I was really pleased with the marketing and negotiations. Emma was amazing professional and reassuring and ensured the sale progressed to completion as smoothly as possible. Highly recommend.

The service he provides goes way way beyond any other agent, and he quickly found us a buyer who actually got to completion. Tristan was available literally 24/7; we felt like we were his only clients (we weren't!) and he was highly professional and exceptionally flexible throughout. Having found us a buyer he chased the conveyancing process to ensure there were no delays, pushing to maintain momentum while also keeping a friendly, approachable manner. He gave good advice and steered us through difficult negotiations. We would 100% recommend him to anyone; he is absolute gold. Can't recommend him highly enough.

We’ve now come full circle, having originally purchased a property for renovation through team SOLIHULL, were about to completed the sale of the same property which will be the buyer new HOME, and we couldn’t be happier with how it was handled. She was incredibly friendly and welcoming at our viewing; was always on hand to answer all of our questions throughout the process and liaised with all stakeholders in order to push for as quick a completion as possible, which we were after. Additionally, she made herself available at short notice to let us in prior to exchange to measure everything we needed to for furniture. If we were to sell in the future, I would certainly request for Mandy to support.
