24th Aug 2024 (23 days ago)Had a valuation book they did not turn up but most annoying they did not advise me that they were not honouring the booking despite having my contact phone no and email very unprofessional outfit and despite the fact that I was interested in a property on there books I will not be dealing with this company again feel sorry for the seller as I'm a cash buyer with funds in place

8th May 2024 (19 weeks ago)They overpriced it. We kept dropping the price (3 times in the 6 months we were tied in with them). We dropped the price by £125K in total - still zero interest. We didn't have a single viewing. When we told them the 6 months were up and we were going with someone else, they still had the nerve to ask for 2 weeks notice; and they didn't take the for sale sign down till after the 28 weeks.

They kept us informed at all stages, were prompt with replying to our queries & we felt fully supported & appreciated their patience with the whole house sale. Highly recommended

Anyone thinking of selling with him should think again as their photographs are rubbish. Anyone thinking of paying him manage a let , forget it as this firm cuts corners and the maintenance work is bodged so they clearly didn't check it afterwards.

Great Experience! Professional, knowledgeable and friendly service. Calls and emails answered promptly and our Homebuyers survey was completed within a couple of days of my initial enquiry. Very detailed report and all at a very competitive price. Will definitely use again for any future property purchases. Can highly recommend.

We'd definitely recommend Taylforths and can see why they've got so many boards up in Barnoldswick.
