Spencer's maintained an excellent partnership throughout each n every enquiry from commications to negotiations to finalising Exchange and Completion dates. Losing the first chain to a developer pulling out at the exchange jaws was a setback but did not reduce the optimism of the Spencer's team if Mark, Will, Matt, Abigail and Christy. The market experienced a slight reduction at this time with a slowing of demand so we reviewed our sales strategies and felt a price reduction was necessary. Ultimately this tactic proved very successful, with the Spencer's teaming finding many potential buyers with many offers as one proved very satisfactory to a successful Exchange date after many delays along the way, with Spencers assisting in chasing Agents, Buyers, Solicitors along the way Thank you for your excellent service you provided to us; potentially the Best Estate Agents in Dorset.... I have used Bliss Homes for the sale of 2 of my properties and they have been involved in one of my purchases as well as selling for my friends. I’ve also bought and viewed many properties with other estate agents involved and the quality of the experience is night and day. Bliss Homes and specifically Lewis have been exceptional, ensuring they arrived to the properties prior to viewings to be organised and not leave potential buyers waiting. Lewis also ensured he knew all the details about the property before taking it on the market. The number of viewings I’ve had with other estate agents where I’ve asked basic questions and been faced with a blank expression and a ‘sorry, I haven’t been here before’ answer is a perfect example of why I’d never sell with anyone else.
