We were delighted to sell within a good timeframe, and Savas was brilliant throughout the whole process.<br>He was always friendly, helpful and kept us regularly updated. Any questions we had were answered quickly, which gave us great peace of mind and made the whole process feel much easier and less stressful.<br><br>We’re really grateful for all his help and support and would highly recommend Avenue Estates and Savas to anyone looking to sell their property.

21st Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)I don’t usually write reviews, but I have to give a fantastic 5 stars to the whole team at Irving’s Estate Agent in Verwood.<br>They have helped and supported me through selling my house at a very stressful time, achieving a good price for my house and completing in just 3 months, which is amazing.<br>Clare has been outstanding throughout. Professional and calm, guiding me through the whole process, and always chasing purchasers, agents and solicitors to get the job done.<br>I really can’t thank the whole team enough for all their hard work, and I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to buy or sell a house!

21st Sep 2026 (6 days ago)We had a viewing arranged with Jared last week, and we couldn’t have been more impressed with his service.<br><br>Jared went above and beyond to accommodate us, booking the viewing outside of normal working hours and, when we got stuck in traffic, kindly waited for us on a Friday evening. He then spent a great deal of time at the property with us, never making us feel rushed.<br><br>He was friendly, informative and, most importantly, very honest and transparent, which we really appreciated. He explained lots about the property and the process involved and was incredibly helpful throughout.<br><br>Jared is a real credit to the team and is a great example of excellent customer service. Thank you again, Jared!

As our sales progressor, she worked tirelessly to get us to exchange, keeping everything moving even when things became challenging.<br><br>Her communication was excellent, she was always proactive in chasing solicitors and other parties, and she kept us informed every step of the way. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and her determination, professionalism, and commitment made a huge difference to the whole process.<br><br>We genuinely don’t believe we would have reached exchange without Leanne’s persistence and hard work. She went above and beyond, and we are incredibly grateful for everything she did. We would highly recommend Leanne to anyone looking for someone who truly cares about getting the job done.
3rd Aug 2026 (8 weeks ago)We have recently bought a house through Fisks. The customer service from day one was, unfortunately, very poor.<br><br>The problems started at the very first viewing, which we had booked via phone call with their office after an expression of interest through Rightmove. We turned up, and no one was there. When I called the office, I was told they had no record of the booking. A representative did eventually show up (the same person I spoke to on the original booking who claimed to have no idea), but she seemed completely uninterested in being there. Very little engagement and desire to understand our position because we “weren't ready”. Not the best experience when being sold a house. Despite this, we put our own house on the market, and sold it within 7 days.<br><br>From offer acceptance to exchange took 16 weeks, well in line with the current UK national average. Throughout that time, Fisks' behaviour, in our opinion, was not professional. We understand the need to check the progress of the chain, but their approach was to hound all of us repeatedly. Communication was entirely one-way; Fisks rarely returned our phone calls, yet towards the end they spent weeks chasing and pressuring everyone else in the chain, including our own buyer’s solicitor. At one point, they even accused us of lying about our buyer's status, despite having kept them and the seller's solicitor updated throughout. By panicking and hounding five different parties at once, they were inevitably confused and created mixed messages for themselves. It felt like their own internal mismanagement and poor communication meant they simply couldn't keep track of the facts.<br><br>We were also subjected to threats that the house would be relisted if we didn’t exchange by a certain date (never happened and screams bullying tactics). The most frustrating part was that after being put under an immense amount of pressure to rush the process, the sellers themselves weren't actually ready to complete within a timely window anyway, which felt totally unjust.<br><br>To top it all off, on our second viewing we asked Fisks if the buyer was going to leave the white goods. They followed up with an email asking us if we would like to purchase them for a fee. We politely declined. Further down the line, we were presented with the contents and fitting form from the seller's solicitor, which, in fact, did stipulate that the white goods were being left. So we instructed our solicitor to ensure that they were remaining in the property, which they did agree. Move-in day comes, no white goods, a hefty amount of money being spent not only on our part to replace, but also by the sellers to remove what should have been left as per the contents and fittings form. Overall, a very sloppy sale.<br><br>This high-pressure, unorganised approach is exactly how housing chains collapse. I am incredibly relieved to no longer have to deal with Fisks, and I cannot recommend them based on this experience.<br><br>Sadly, the property had already been on the market for 6 months with a previous agent, and it seems such a shame that Fisks have taken the commission, as it definitely wasn’t earned in this case.

We believed Tailor made had what it took to get the job done, and within out first week we started to get viewings and considerable interest on the house eventually landing the sale. Definitely recommend !

From start to finish, the team made what could have been a daunting process feel manageable and even enjoyable.<br><br>It started with the viewing agent, who was knowledgeable, well-prepared, and happy to answer all the questions I threw at her. The branch manager was equally fantastic, offering great advice and endless patience with an impatient, clueless first-time buyer (that was me!).<br><br>I would absolutely, without a doubt, buy a house through this branch again, and would especially recommend the people who helped me get to this stage. Thank you to the whole team for making my first home purchase such a positive one.

After waiting for days with no contact, I chased it up and got told again they were waiting for viewing dates. One day later I checked and the property has been let.........<br><br>A few months back got ghosted too regarding viewing another property.<br><br>If this is their customer service at the very beginning, would you want to rent out with them?<br><br>Big fat no.

They have supported and helped me over the last 18 months, always keeping me updated, answering any questions I had and making what has been a long journey as straightforward as possible.<br><br>Their communication, professionalism and personal approach have been excellent from start to finish, and I’m incredibly grateful for everything they’ve done to help me finally get to this point.<br><br>A massive thank you to Darren, Chris and everyone at Hayward Fox. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future and would happily recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.<br><br>Thank you again for everything!

1st Jul 2026 (13 weeks ago)I cannot praise Meyers in Wimborne enough. Becky arrived at the property having researched sale prices locally for similar properties. She gave me a folder with all this information plus what to expect should I appoint Meyers. Once I appointed Meyers they exceeded any expectations in so many ways. Most of our communication was made through WhatsApp which meant it was easy to respond and refer back to information contained in the chat. Nikki, who was included in this chat, was as swift as Becky when it came to updating me with information. Particularly useful when I was out of the country for a month. My thoughts were always taken into consideration and I was advised accordingly. The advertising of the property was done well, with an instagram post, a video of the property and environs plus excellent photography. It was adverted across a number of sites to make the most of getting to as many views. I feel the cost was value for money and would definitely recommend Meyers of Wimborne to anyone selling in the area.

I have had the pleasure of working with Lloyd Young Homes over a couple of projects and can’t thank them enough. They’re excellent at what they do, the service is exceptional and they consistently deliver results. As Lloyd’s own business he is really invested in ensuring that customers get the best outcome, going those extra steps as second nature, and all without the stuffiness or intimidation you get from others. They respond quickly with all the information you want and need.<br><br>I know where I am going when I next sell/rent my property. Very highly recommended.

In particular, Sarah really took the time to understand our needs and also those of our buyer. Their very different approach produces results, with excellent drone footage, social media teasers and overall attention to detail.<br>All requests were met with professionalism and a refreshing sense of urgency. Danehurst's recommended Solicitor has also been brilliant.<br>We have no hesitation in recommending Danehurst - a massive thank you to all the team xx

They were professional, proactive, supportive and incredibly persistent in keeping everything moving. Their hard work and cool heads made a real difference, and I would highly recommend!
