After meeting Savas and seeing how professional and knowledgeable he was, I decided to sell my own property with him as well. It turned out to be one of the best decisions I made.<br><br>From the beginning, Savas gave me an honest and realistic valuation of my property, and it sold for exactly the price he predicted. The sale process became quite challenging due to complications further down the chain, but throughout it all, Savas remained calm, proactive, and reassuring. Whenever an issue arose, he would say, "Don't worry, everything is under control," and he always followed through by finding a solution.<br><br>Savas was always available to answer calls and messages, kept me informed throughout the process, and provided practical advice whenever decisions needed to be made. No matter what challenges came up, he worked hard to keep things moving and resolve issues as quickly as possible.<br><br>Buying and selling a property can be very stressful, but Savas made the whole process much easier to manage. I would highly recommend Avenue Estates, and especially Savas, to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.<br><br>Thank you again for all your help!

18th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)We highly recommend Irving’s - they are fantastic from start to finish- so professional but also warm and friendly and caring! They work hard from start to finish to sell your home and help you find the right property for you! Emails are replied to quickly also. Never once did I feel the need to chase or prompt - so much work is put in behind the scenes to make selling/buying as smooth as possible and the team are always approachable! We hope to never move again but if we were to, wouldn’t hesitate to use Irving’s 100%

They have been here a very long time and are now a fundamental part of the village ‘backbone’. Their amazing branch manager, Sarah, has a fantastic team - everyone is friendly, supportive, customer-focused and efficient and always willing to help in whatever way they can. They have the full suite of property services under one roof – property valuations, sales, lettings, mortgages - and their mortgage broker, Jayne, is a complete genius! In my particular case, Austin & Wyatt at Lyndhurst have been outstanding – they have provided me with so much assistance regarding my property and all the wider issues – I just can’t thank them enough for everything they’ve done. Sarah and your team, you are simply wonderful – thank you!

They were extremely professional from the outset, put us at complete ease and made the whole experience a pleasure in what can be an extremely stressful time. They were completely transparent and the line of communication was kept open along the way with constant updates throughout. Would highly recommend if you’re looking to sell or buy a property!

From the outset, Sarah guided us expertly through the holiday let market, taking the time to truly understand what we were looking for and presenting us with exactly the right opportunities. We visited Sarah on a Sunday and she gave us her entire day, going well beyond her normal working hours and into her own personal time, something that really set her apart and showed how genuinely committed she is to her clients. Sarah found us the perfect holiday home, which we completed in June, and we could not be happier with the result. She combines exceptional professionalism with a warmth and friendliness that makes the whole process feel effortless and enjoyable. The staff are always polite, attentive and go above and beyond your expectations. I highly recommend them whether renting or selling. Nothing is too much trouble and the whole team have good knowledge of the current market conditions. We were kept informed of the sale process at all times which led to a very smooth sale. Thanks to all the team and I have no hesitation to recommending them.

18th Jun 2026 (8 days ago)Throughout the 10 months it took to sell, I felt as if I was Darren's only customer. He called me regularly to update me on viewings, he explained how the property fitted into the local market, so that I felt comfortable with the asking price. I was provided with a prompt, written valuation by Chris when I needed it quickly for Inheritance Tax purposes. When completion was coming up, Darren answered my questions on practical issues and kept me informed of progress. After a bad initial experience with another firm who produced inaccurate, unappealing marketing material at a snail's pace, it was a relief to feel in good hands and I would use Hayward Fox again if I had a property in their to sell.

I had a lot of questions and questions and they answered them quickly and I felt I was in good hands. I would recommend Meyers to anyone thinking of selling their home.

There were a couple of bumps in the road on the paperwork side of things, but what was very much appreciated, was Rosella stepping in to smooth them out. She was efficient, attentive and responsive in resolving issues when they cropped up, sorting one hiccough out, literally in a matter of hours. Her efforts in pushing the sale through in a timely manner were highly valued. Thank you Rosella for a great service!

I particularly appreciated his genuine and authentic approach which is a rare find amongst your other “high street” agents. Realistic and sound advice, he really knows and understands the market. We felt our property genuinely mattered to him and for that reason we would come back to Lloyd Young homes again and again.

We had an offer accepted after 2 weeks of advertising and completed just under 8 weeks. A modernised and brilliant way of communicating and nothing was too much hassle. Would definitely recommend.

Sarah was incredibly accommodating when arranging viewings and was always happy to answer our questions. She provided all the information we needed throughout the process, helping to make what could have been a stressful experience much smoother. She also recommended a local solicitor who was excellent and played a big part in ensuring the purchase progressed efficiently. As first-time buyers, we really appreciated Sarah’s professionalism, responsiveness, and support from start to finish. We would highly recommend Sarah and the team at Danehurst to anyone looking and selling/buying!

26th Feb 2024 (2 years ago)Moved in 2022, fire alarms not fitted just left in kitchen cupboards, mouldy and broken white goods left in place, thick mould on floors and walls. Was told it was inspected and nothing to worry about. Didn’t mind as we agreed we could carry out work to make the flat liveable and we love the area so moved in. In two years we have replaced our furniture over 4 times due to mould. 2024 come to move out, baring in mind we have spent over £1000 on flooring and decorating, carter shaw phone to tell me the decorating is not great. The walls are literally falling down and furry with mould, despite us cleaning them every week, which we have emailed countless times about to no avail. I also have doctors notes stating mould as a cause for an asthma attack. If Carter Shaw would like to say any of this is a lie I can attach emails and pictures. Avoid!

From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, and always available to answer our questions. Selling and buying at the same time can be stressful, but Jack and George kept us informed throughout the process and worked hard to make everything run as smoothly as possible. Their communication was excellent, and we always felt that they had our best interests at heart. They were proactive in dealing with any issues that arose and helped keep the whole chain moving. We are extremely grateful for all their hard work and would highly recommend Jack and George to anyone looking to sell or buy a property. Thank you both for helping us move into our new home!

The way he promoted our beloved family home with aerial views via drones, and show cased the photos and video really promoted it was amazing, which brought in viewings and finally someone viewed my home three times and an offer was made and we sold it, in the meantime the property I wanted was still for sale, offer went in and today we sit in our new home having moved 24/04/26. Well done Nick it is something to be proud of.
