They combine leg work, phone calls and knowing the local market with use of the Internet and Rightmove. They understand great communication and professionalism with clients and amongst the Hearnes team. And they have coffee that matches any of Ringwoods many coffee shops!! Thank you

Selling my mothers retirement flat wasn't easy but Woolley & Wallis were enthusiastic, professional, patient, friendly and always helpful. Thank you especially to Simon who was always willing to advise and update whenever I popped in or rang - and always with a smile. Also thanks to Nick. Genuine, hardworking and friendly. Would definitely recommend. All estate agents should be like this!

30th Mar 2024 (29 days ago)Cash Buyer. When selecting an Estate Agent to sell your home many people consider the fees and perhaps unrealistic promises of the value that will be achieved. Irvings is different. We sold to downsize and took a rental property whilst searching for our next, more manageable, home. During the period from August '23 to March '24 we encountered many Estate Agencies, large and small, in our searches. All of them had one marketing strategy, list property on RightMove and wait for interested buyers. An entirely passive approach that provided almost no support to sellers or buyers. Clare Wright at Irvings was the only agent that took the time to understand our requirements, not as a list, but as a life plan. She was able to provide us with prospective properties that accurately reflected exactly what we we needed. We had our purchase offer accepted rapidly after which Clare pro-actively developed and maintained the chain of linked sales to completion. If you want an attentive and supportive agency that will provide a personalised service, carefully matching sellers with buyers, then Clare at Irvings is head and shoulders above the dozen or more other agencies in this area.
9th Jan 2024 (16 weeks ago)4 months of waiting and still no call back to offer me a premesis. I've taken it upon myself to contact Landlords directly now if I see anything advertised by Goadsby. This is because Landlords of the sites that I've enquired about previously have not received offers or proposed plans passed on to then, yet I'm told they are not interested. Maybe I'm missing something but I don't understand why. Based on this, I would not recommend Goadsby Commercial to anyone if you want a hassle free, simple business transaction.
29th Mar 2023 (1 year ago)Spencer's maintained an excellent partnership throughout each n every enquiry from commications to negotiations to finalising Exchange and Completion dates. Losing the first chain to a developer pulling out at the exchange jaws was a setback but did not reduce the optimism of the Spencer's team if Mark, Will, Matt, Abigail and Christy. The market experienced a slight reduction at this time with a slowing of demand so we reviewed our sales strategies and felt a price reduction was necessary. Ultimately this tactic proved very successful, with the Spencer's teaming finding many potential buyers with many offers as one proved very satisfactory to a successful Exchange date after many delays along the way, with Spencers assisting in chasing Agents, Buyers, Solicitors along the way Thank you for your excellent service you provided to us; potentially the Best Estate Agents in Dorset.
