Savas was great helping to progress my sale, and Martin and Ryan were very helpful during my rental period managing my property. I couldn't recommend them enough. Their property marketing is very high standard but not over the top and they sold my property very quickly. You should have no issues instructing them for sales and lettings. Thanks all!
13th Jul 2026 (15 days ago)I recently sold my house in Christchurch through Denisons, dealing principally with Spencer and Maizie. I found them a comfortable mix of professional and informal, and they worked collaboratively with us throughout, including around some restrictions we had on viewing availability. Conversations were always friendly and straightforward. Ultimately the house was sold (and yes, that's what you hire estate agents to do) but it's worth noting that throughout the sales process, Denisons kept track of where things were at and were regularly in touch with check-ins and updates. Thanks to Maizie, Spencer and Danielle for their proactive efforts throughout. If I had another property to sell in the general Christchurch area (which I don't), I would have no hesitation in using them again. Still, this does allow me to say clearly that I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for an agent to sell their property.

As a company director, they also went above and beyond to help me navigate the credit referencing process, which is rarely as straightforward as it was when I was employed. His professional approach and friendly manner is what helped me get through the process. He was transparent even when I wanted things to go quicker. He kept me in a realistic mindset which meant my expectations were appropriate adjusted for the relevant stages of buying a property with some complications. We got there in the end and it was well worth the wait. Thank you Ben!
22nd May 2026 (10 weeks ago)We 100% recommend Matt and the Mitchells team in Highcliffe. Mid-January Matt visited to take photos etc of our home, it was quickly on the market, and by early February they had introduced us to our buyer. Contracts exchanged end April and a smooth completion followed. Throughout Matt, Kalise and the rest of the team were a pleasure to deal with and made things very straightforward for us. We had first made contact last autumn, being clear that our potential move wouldn't be until 2026. We were both impressed by the friendly professionalism at that time, so had no hesitation in choosing Mitchells when we were ready to go ahead. Now very happy we did so!

He listened to what we were looking for, came back with very sensible suggestions and gave clear comments about the properties. Once we had selected one Justin was completely dedicated to organising viewings, making sure our questions were answered promptly and accurately. Once we formally proceeded Justin was always available to help us get the tough questions answered without hesitation. We would recommend him and Ross Nicholas to anyone searching for their next home.

Nick was professional and communicative from start to finish, keeping us updated at every stage and pushing proactively to get the property through to exchange and completion.<br><br>Everyone else we dealt with in the office was just as helpful. The whole process felt straightforward from beginning to end, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Winkworth to anyone buying a property. We're excited to now have the keys to our forever home.

As our sales progressor, she worked tirelessly to get us to exchange, keeping everything moving even when things became challenging.<br><br>Her communication was excellent, she was always proactive in chasing solicitors and other parties, and she kept us informed every step of the way. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and her determination, professionalism, and commitment made a huge difference to the whole process.<br><br>We genuinely don’t believe we would have reached exchange without Leanne’s persistence and hard work. She went above and beyond, and we are incredibly grateful for everything she did. We would highly recommend Leanne to anyone looking for someone who truly cares about getting the job done.

17th Jun 2026 (6 weeks ago)Extremely disappointed with Palmer Snell’s handling of the sale of our flat.<br>From the outset, communication was poor. For the first four months, we received virtually no updates and only found out what was happening by making regular visits to the branch ourseves. We were repeatedly promised callbacks and action, neither of which materialised on most occasions.<br>We also felt that the buyers’ interests were prioritised over ours, particularly as Palmer Snell acted as letting agents for several of their properties. This created a perceived conflict of interest and left us feeling that we were not being properly represented as their client. In addition, there were occasions where we felt information was not presented honestly or transparently, which further undermined our confidence in the agency and left us questioning whether we were being given the full picture.<br>Most disappointing of all was the complete lack of communication around exchange and completion. After months of frustration, the sale finally completed after 7 months of procrastination on the buyers side with no acknowledgement or proactive contact from the agency.<br>We were particularly disappointed with Anthony, the branch manager. Given his position, I expected a much higher level of professionalism, communication and customer care, but unfortunately this was not our experience. That said, Amanda and George were always professional whenever we dealt with them.<br>Having used Palmer Snell as letting agents for eight years without issue, we expected far better. As a sales agent, however, we found their service poor, unprofessional, deeply frustrating and at times, lacking in honesty and transparency. We would not recommend them to anyone selling a property.

13th Jul 2026 (15 days ago)Amazing support a first time buyer!<br>From the beginning, both Sol and Simon demonstrated their professionalism and experience. As a solo first time buyer, I had so many questions about the process and options which they provided me with detailed, unjudgmental, honest and timely responses to. The purchase took longer than expected due to so many interdependencies unrelated to Simon and Co, however they remained in contact and up to date on all aspects of the conveyancing. Even weeks after completion, Sol and Simon were still on hand to answer any queries I had. Overall, I felt incredibly supported by Simon and Co and would definitely recommend them as a great estate agent.

After waiting for days with no contact, I chased it up and got told again they were waiting for viewing dates. One day later I checked and the property has been let.........<br><br>A few months back got ghosted too regarding viewing another property.<br><br>If this is their customer service at the very beginning, would you want to rent out with them?<br><br>Big fat no.

13th Jul 2026 (15 days ago)Oliver and Chandler at the beginning were ok. But after about two weeks started to suggest that we should drop the valuation that they had placed on our property even with them only providing two viewings in that period. Advertising was not that good. We stayed with them for eight weeks but only received another six viewings in that time. Over all that time communication was getting less and less. We told them we were thinking of putting a second vendor on, and that's when we herd nothing from them for weeks. Not the service that we were expecting from them

They were agents for my MILs property, we had 4 months where no payment made and when I queried it and asked for statements Bhav became very defensive and said they couldn’t access statements easily but had nothing to hide and accused me of making accusations that were offensive - turns out they were completely true and money hadn’t been paid. Money was only paid because I went through statements and pointed out what hadn’t been paid. It took 6 months to get a response from TDS about deposit and as NH didn’t do their job properly my MiL got nothing back despite tenants leaving the property in a significantly damaged state. Avoid at all costs!
