22nd May 2026 (17 weeks ago)We 100% recommend Matt and the Mitchells team in Highcliffe. Mid-January Matt visited to take photos etc of our home, it was quickly on the market, and by early February they had introduced us to our buyer. Contracts exchanged end April and a smooth completion followed. Throughout Matt, Kalise and the rest of the team were a pleasure to deal with and made things very straightforward for us. We had first made contact last autumn, being clear that our potential move wouldn't be until 2026. We were both impressed by the friendly professionalism at that time, so had no hesitation in choosing Mitchells when we were ready to go ahead. Now very happy we did so!

Jordan was polite, friendly, knowledgeable and respectful, making what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and reassuring, especially as we were located over two hours from the area we were purchasing in.<br><br>Communication was a standout highlight - every piece of correspondence was handled promptly, and every promise made was consistently kept. Jordan was genuinely proactive in keeping the transaction moving forward, working to resolve roadblocks before they could turn into real problems. Whenever minor issues did arise, Jordan went the extra mile for us to ensure everything was resolved quickly and fairly.<br><br>It is rare to find an estate agent so dedicated, reliable, and pleasant to work with. 2nd Sep 2026 (15 days ago)I would like to start my review by talking about the new law that came into effect this year, " the renters rights act", so many Landlords have sold their properties due to this law. I had an estate agent last year. The agents were great at the start but, once they received the payment for their services it seemed as if I was no longer of importance to them and as such would not hear from them promptly with any concerns I had regarding the new laws. I needed to know how the new law affected my current tenants and any potential tenants I may have.<br><br>I have had a HMO rental for the last 12 yrs, every year I've had to keep changing agents due to the lack of proactiveness. They are great until they've been paid and then its tumbleweeds.<br><br>I engaged an agent that specifically deals with HMOs, the agent that I hired had started the vetting process. Six weeks before the tenancy started they said that they were not going to continue, at this point I was doubtful I would find anyone to help. It was at this point that I contacted Angela from Mather Marshall, she assured me that everything could be done in time and passed me onto Hayley and I must say they have been superb all the way through. They have been constantly in contact with me, have been professional and informative and have gone above and beyond to help me through these unsettling times. They have assured my tenants and to be honest made the process as stress free as possible for all concerned. I would highly recommend them.

The whole process was handled professionally and efficiently, and we felt well supported from start to finish.<br><br>A special mention must go to Rio, who was absolutely fantastic throughout. Rio was friendly, helpful and always kept us informed, making what can often be a stressful process feel much easier. Nothing was too much trouble, and we really appreciated the time and effort Rio put into helping us get everything over the line.<br><br>We’re very happy with our purchase and would happily recommend the estate agency, especially Rio, to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

After waiting for days with no contact, I chased it up and got told again they were waiting for viewing dates. One day later I checked and the property has been let.........<br><br>A few months back got ghosted too regarding viewing another property.<br><br>If this is their customer service at the very beginning, would you want to rent out with them?<br><br>Big fat no.
