18th Mar 2026 (9 days ago)We used Martin Flashman & Co. to market our house, and they were extremely professional from start to finish. Unlike other estate agents we had dealt with, floor plan and house details were accurate first-time round, and advice on pricing was realistic and sensible. Their knowledge of the local market was also excellent. As we proceeded, they were very good at giving us feedback (both written and verbal) following viewings and were always available when we had questions as we proceeded our sale. They dealt with a very challenging buyer brilliantly, managing to tread the fine line between being too pushy, and not pushy enough. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and would recommend others to do so.

Sometimes things could get a little bit slow, but Leaders, our property manager and the staffs, were trying a lot to help us out. All problems were solved eventually. For the future I would definitely like to choose Leaders again!
