16th Nov 2018 (5 years ago)lier staff in maintenance team , they never fixed thing shower heating not working since a week keep on telling someone come around nothing happen , give a smelling carpert promise to be clean once moved ask to clean it they say we organized someone to come and clean nothing done basically lier staff be carefull when taking any property for rent form this agent . as something goes wrong they not gona fixed it.

Thanks to James's initial marketing advice; Sarah & her colleague's dealings with interested parties and Jodie's efficient administration, we ultimately had offers from everyone that viewed and exceeded our price expectations when a sale was agreed after just 1 week on the market.

28th Nov 2023 (22 weeks ago)Although seeming to be very positive to start with, we had no viewers at all in 6 months, and no communication from them. We have since cancelled them.
16th Jun 2023 (10 mo. ago)This was a lovely team, however I was let down by their lack of communication. I had three viewings in 4 months, after each viewing despite them phoning to say they hadnt had feedback from the viewers I then had to chase for updates. I heard nothing at all from them from 8 April to the 12 May where I had to call again for updates. Nice team but in my opinion, not proactive enough. I will soon be going back on the market with someone else.
6th Jan 2019 (5 years ago)I have been letting my property as landlord through this agency for over eleven years.U live overseas and am a distance landlord but I do not feel my tenants miss out. Blocks and Barlow source me nice tenants and I respect the advice they give me.

3rd Jul 2020 (3 years ago)We have been very happy with A&F. They have always been polite, friendly and professional. In a very difficult market they did not keep asking us to lower the price which seems to be most agents' fall back position.

17th May 2023 (11 mo. ago)Only £99 in estate agency fees. Sold in a week! Easy to use portal to load up property info and photos also respond to queries and set up viewings etc. Highly recommend if you want to DIY.

Communication had to be prompted from the start, no viewings until I suggested changes to the advert, the is no responsibility taken by the staff. They are more happy to ignore your questions and hope you go away. Steer well clear

14th Oct 2023 (6 mo. ago)I’m sure there are some success stories but ours isn’t one. I would guess they couldn’t anticipate the disaster of the auction buyers solicitor or the fact the buyer was clearly trying to avoid stamp duty. After being assured everything was fine and above board the auction collapsed leaving us in a financial mess and no compensation. The second auction got unpleasant between solicitors (buyers not accepting it was an auction time line) The hope was for a quick sale, instead we are no further forward and out of pocket.
