25th Nov 2025 (17 weeks ago)Thanks to the entire Westcoast Properties team for all their hard work in managing my Bristol property over the last 16-odd years (4 with Weston, 6 with Patchway, and 6 more in the Haig-Patey days). Letting a property always involves some stress, but the Westcoast team have managed to keep it to a bare minimum by always being responsive, always finding good tenants and quickly, and managing every aspect of maintenance and repairs when they have been needed. If you need a letting agent that can take care of everything, look no further.

I had my house up for sale with a few agents who were great but Debbie fortune got my sale over the line. The thing I like the most is communication and they didn’t fail me with this. Kept me in the loop all the time, found my buyers and continued to carry out great communication throughout. Special thanks to Elliot who ‘sold’ our house and special thanks to Stevie who monitored the after sale. It was a bit touch and go with exchanging towards the end with solicitors but Stevie is who you want to apply the pressure in the right wait to get it sorted. I can’t thank Debbie fortune estate agents enough for this process and I would highly recommend using them if you want to sell your house. Equally if you buy a house through them! Very much looking forward to getting into our new home next week!

They have been very helpful with great attention to detail and nothing was too much trouble, especially multi requests to revisit the property we purchased together with the properties they sold for us! We highly reccomend Daren and Mandy for their professional help and demeanor.

9th Mar 2026 (17 days ago)I bought a house through Harris & Lee, the one I was initially purchasing fell through and Sarah was so kind in talking me through it and found me 3 other houses to look at the next weekend. From those I found the house I'm now living in. Without the amazing help from Sarah and the whole Harris & Lee team, I know things would have been a lot harder. Hopefully I won't be moving any time soon, but when that time comes I will absolutely be going through these guys. They are fantastic!
