2nd Jun 2023 (11 mo. ago)I was very disappointed with the lack of any interest in my property. I was constantly told that sales in the area were virtually nil, and to reduce the price, this brought no more interest at all to the table. I decided to take my property off the market, at least until my contract time with Chewton rose is up.

4th Aug 2023 (9 mo. ago)Very effective marketing by Pavey's enabled a quick sale. Always friendly and supportive. Excellent service, highly recommended! Wouldn't use any other agent if I were selling again.
3rd Sep 2021 (2 years ago)Dealt with Abhishek at Beacons. Had a viewing and expressed my interest immediately and was told I would have to have another viewing with the landlord present. I was very eager to put down a holding deposit as I had had extreme trouble finding a new home and was practically homeless (Abhishek was aware of this) but I was told that I could not put down a holding deposit because if the landlord didn't like me then they would have to refund me and 'the accountant won't like it.' I emailed and called multiple times, providing Abhishek with a list of dates I could meet with the landlord and was told he would be back to me. I would rind him on the morning of each date just to be told the landlord was busy and for the final date I never heard a single thing from him. I was then told that the landlord was going on holiday and would meet me when they returned but was refused the knowledge of when the landlord would be back! I left a fair few emails and voicemails over the coming week with absolutely no response. I called and was finally answered by a rude woman saying that I has rung to enquire about *address* for her to respond 'so?' before saying 'yeah well it's already been let anyways.' For a company who claims to have a 'solid reputation and strong links with the local community' their service is shocking and I would NOT RECOMMEND.

(2 reviews)5th May 2023 (1 year ago)Very disappointing… they didn’t vet the viewers carefully enough and had a lot of time wasters . Marketing of the property was such that offers were coming in way below what the property was worth. When I asked them to take the property off the market it took them days to take it off Rightmove and they still haven’t been round to collect the For Sale sign or indeed return the spare set of keys we lent them .

23rd Apr 2024 (18 days ago)Dealt with Charley , the purchase was complicated but Charley dealt with every issue and problem in a very efficient and professional manner. She responded promptly and ensured the problems were sorted and the purchase went through. I would recommend the Agents and Charley without hesitation.
