They successfully sold two of our houses and provided amazing service from start to finish. Everyone we dealt with was extremely friendly, professional, and dedicated to getting the best outcome for us. We would like to give an extra special mention to Debbie, who dealt with our purchases and was incredibly professional, helpful, and supportive throughout the process. We also want to thank Danny and Ruby, who truly went the extra mile when selling our homes too. Their communication was excellent — they always picked up messages quickly, responded promptly, and made us feel genuinely heard and supported every step of the way. They all worked incredibly hard to sell both properties and gave us the extra care and attention that made such a difference during what can be a stressful process. We’re so grateful for all of their hard work and would absolutely use John Alexander again in the future to sell our home. Thank you!

We were very impressed with their total professionalism and treated with respect at all times. Nothing was too much trouble and no promises were made that couldn't be kept. They are still the same bunch of people who will try to rip you off on every single occasion. Please avoid at all cost. There are plenty good agencies out there

Within hours he called us with the valuation explaining exactly why it was that price and then explained the process / options and gave us time to work through the the best route to take. An absolute 5* star service and I would not hesitate to contact them to sell my property. Thank you Nick absolutely great service.

There were times when things became quite stressful, but he went above and beyond to ensure everything went as smoothly as possible and was always there to offer support and reassurance. A huge thank you to Sam, Graham and John – you have all been amazing. We really appreciate all your hard work and would highly recommend William H Brown to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

It is also the lack of stress and pressure from them whilst I found another. I have a busy life so selling and buying a home was never going to be easy. But the team, especially Lorraine, certainly did make it easy for me. Along the way they were genuinely helpful and understanding. I was most fortunate to be their client. Thank you Lorraine and the team including the late Matthew who was my introduction and also a great support.

We found her to be kind and very professional but also down to earth enough we could have a joke and laugh when things were getting stressful. 15th Jun 2026 (6 days ago)All staff were very efficient and pleasant, exceptional communication. The only disappointment was the commission rate. I was told that it was a non negotiable rate only to find out later that a neighbour had negotiated them down to a much less rate than I had! ??????
