1st Jan 2025 (5 weeks ago)Nice people but probably wouldn't use again for a few reasons but I didn't appreciate being told a price and then when signing the contract was told the price I had been told was without VAT and I should have known that. Having bought from council I should not have been expected to know the price I was told was incorrect and this doesn't help you feel confident in the company after that.

16th Oct 2024 (16 weeks ago)Renters/ Tenants make sure you are in the first batch of any viewings on properties you are interested in as you will be told it doesn’t matter and all applications will be considered. Not the case, applications are sent on a day by day basis and if enough are received your viewing will be cancelled on the day.

They are still the same bunch of people who will try to rip you off on every single occasion. Please avoid at all cost. There are plenty good agencies out there

After a significant incident at our Bardfield Road house, Connor stepped in and provided unwavering support at every stage. From the moment the issue arose, he was proactive in addressing our concerns. He arranged for multiple plumbing companies to tackle the extreme hot water problem, ensuring it was resolved quickly and efficiently. What impressed me the most was his dedication to finding alternative housing for us during this challenging time. Connor's commitment went above and beyond. He was always available to answer our questions, whether it was day or night, and even while he was on holiday. His responsiveness and genuine care made a stressful situation much more manageable. In a world where customer service can sometimes fall short, Connor truly stands out as a remarkable professional. He is not only highly skilled but also an incredibly good person who genuinely cares about his clients. Thank you, Connor, for all your help!

I’d seen Nick’s agency and I thought that his experience and approach would be more suited to us and we were absolutely not disappointed. Responsive, highly experienced, patient, professional and hands on, just what we needed and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

28th Nov 2024 (10 weeks ago)Colubrid have been fantastic. They put our house on the market, and within 5 days we had accepted an offer! The staff have been great to deal with - from the initial valuation, to the photographing of our house and then the viewings for potential buyers. I can't fault them!
18th Mar 2024 (10 mo. ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
18th Nov 2024 (12 weeks ago)I first heard about Jackson and co when I was selling a property and was dealing with another estate agent, who I was not very satisfied with. Then Joe of Jackson and Co put a card through the door offering his services. I decided to give him a ring and check him out, this was the best decision I ever made. Joe has been absolutely fantastic, he helped to negotiate the difficult path to selling a property. He gets very personally involved so you don't feel like your own your own, like some other estate agents. He is always available at the end of the phone to iron out any issues. His enthusiasm and professionalism have been outstanding and I can't recommend him enough. We are so glad that we went with Joe and would definitely use Jackson and Co again next time we sell or buy a property. So I definitely recommend Jackson and Co. Outstanding, 5stars.

I was looking for a new Management team and Charlie from Red Rock had reached out. As they say....the rest is history. A huge weight has been lifted. Red Rock (in particularly Charlie) made the transition process smooth, giving great advice, updating me on a consistent basis and has giving me great reassurances. Their team of contractors have been on top of things and have responded in quick time. Red Rock are patient, understanding and are always ready to help. A big thank you to Charlie and the team for all their help. Much appreciated.
