I've never experienced such slow communication with any other agency. While they were always acting on behalf of their client, the vendor, they went above and beyond to help with ironing out the various issues that arose during the process - Ro was always contactable and responsive. We would not hesitate to recommend Jackson-Stops to anyone else.
27th Aug 2026 (24 days ago)To say Olivia changed our lives would genuinely be an understatement.<br><br>What should have been a relatively straightforward move turned into a much longer and far more stressful process than we ever anticipated, but Olivia was absolutely incredible from start to finish. She went above and beyond at every possible opportunity to keep things moving, get problems resolved as quickly as possible and, just as importantly, keep us calm and reassured throughout it all.<br><br>Evenings, weekends, even while she was on holiday — Olivia always seemed to be there when we needed her. The level of care, communication and commitment she showed us was honestly exceptional.<br><br>The entire team at Beresfords Maldon were fantastic, helping us with both the sale of our property and the purchase of our new home. Bryony Collett has kept me updated through the whole process, and her communication has made me feel at ease whilst purchasing my first home. Compared to another Estate Agents I have also been dealing with, I would never go anywhere else now. They really buck the trend of the stereotypical estate agent - we felt well informed and that they were transparent throughout the process. Most importantly, we never felt under pressure to buy unlike our uncomfortable experience with some other national agents. We would highly recommend if you're looking for an agent in the area - they're an absolute pleasure to deal with.

In all capacities, I have been very happy with the service that the team have provided, their communication and reasonable pricing. 15th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)We chose Oakheart as we liked our negotiator Freddie .<br>Unfortunately he moved branches .<br>Un experienced agents doing the viewings .<br>Boards going up , boards going down !<br>Saw out our contract. Ask for property to be removed from Rightmove , this took 4 days with a reminder .<br>Two weeks later and being off market the board is still up .<br>Lots of apologies from the office ! For several reasons .<br>Best thing about Oakheart is their branding !

We had a few agents come out to value our property, but we decided to go with Colubrid because, from our first meeting, Joshua seemed extremely confident that he could sell our home quickly. As the Chelmer Village estate agent, he explained that properties like ours are his bread and butter. Our property went on the market on Thursday and was sold by Monday. I cannot thank Joshua and the team enough for their hard work and professionalism throughout. I believe Millie conducted the viewings, and I was told she was local to the area. That certainly showed, as her knowledge of Chelmer Village helped generate multiple offers on our property. If you're thinking of choosing Colubrid, don't hesitate. I would highly recommend them.
