28th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)Absolutely exceptional service from Jon and Sophie! I recently completed a very difficult and stressful selling process, and we honestly couldn’t have done it without Jon and Sophie. From start to finish, they went above and beyond to keep everything on track.Whenever obstacles arose, they stepped in with professionalism, expert advice, and immense patience. Their communication was flawless, and they kept me calm and informed throughout the entire roller-coaster ride. Selling a house is stressful at the best of times, but Jon and Sophie made a complicated situation manageable. I highly recommend this agency and cannot thank Jon and Sophie enough for their outstanding dedication!

29th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)Rosanna and her team at Jackson-Stops in Bury were fantastic to deal with. Rosanna showed us round the first house we viewed and her energy was infectious. We instantly fell in love with the house and she helped us through the whole process where we’re now lucky enough to call it our home. She couldn’t have been more helpful, professional and passionate about her job and ensuring everything went smoothly for both sellers and buyers. On collecting our keys we were delighted to receive a complimentary gift tote from Jackson-Stops which was a lovely touch.
27th Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)To say Olivia changed our lives would genuinely be an understatement.

What should have been a relatively straightforward move turned into a much longer and far more stressful process than we ever anticipated, but Olivia was absolutely incredible from start to finish. 21st Oct 2026 (14 days ago)We had such a fantastic experience when purchasing through Heritage. Even though they were representing the selling client it felt as if they were looking after us too, helping every step of the way. Special mention to Vicky for being so helpful and understanding, a pleasure to deal with.
16th Oct 2026 (19 days ago)I first got in touch with leaders back in January 2026 for a valuation and said I did not want to go any further with a sale untill may/June time and the reason I went back with leaders is because they stuck to there word and didn't pressure me into trying to sell any earlier unlike a few other agents that I also had a valuation from

But from the 1st time I met a member of the halstead leaders team they was very professional and polite and dealing with many of the team over the last few months this has been the case all the way through also I liked the updates and help that I required when ever needed.

So yes I have left a 5 star review because I have found leaders to be a great agents and easy to deal with and would highly recommend them to anyone and if I ever get the chance to do business again i will look forward to it.

Thank you to all the team at leaders halstead.

31st Oct 2026 (4 days ago)Wow! The tireless energy Sophie gave to both me and the clients who viewed my home was outstanding. I had many more viewings compared to the agents I had previously dealt with, showing how hard she will work for you. I was kept fully informed at all times, and when Sophie was not available the Lux teamwork kicked in and there was always someone else to help.

I don't believe you'll find a more professional yet fun person to deal with than Sophie - I highly commend her work ethic and approach, which made what can be a stressful time feel straightforward and totally supportive.
