Gavin, Federica and Jordan were excellent at facilitating viewings and my property was marketed really well. I honestly do not think the sale would have progressed had it not been for Becky, who constantly chasing and dealing with my buyer's very difficult solicitor. She also kept the communication going between me and my buyer. I could not have asked for a better agent to have been involved.
14th Jul 2026 (22 days ago)Very disappointing experience.<br><br>Whenever the matter was not in their interest, it took them more than a week to reply. I've never experienced such slow communication with any other agency. It made the whole process unnecessarily stressful and frustrating.<br><br>I would not recommend this agency.
30th Jul 2026 (6 days ago)We have been impressed with the way that Palmers have handled the sale of the property providing expert knowledge of the area and market as well as supporting us to get the house ready for sale. We do not live in the area so their expertise was very much appreciated. The sale was due to a very recent bereavement and they were extremely empathetic recognising it’s been a difficult period.

While they were always acting on behalf of their client, the vendor, they went above and beyond to help with ironing out the various issues that arose during the process - Ro was always contactable and responsive. We would not hesitate to recommend Jackson-Stops to anyone else.
27th Jul 2026 (9 days ago)Visited Beresfords after a recommendation by a friend as the best company in town to get a property valuation from.<br>Eleanor who assisted me was Incredible helpful and despite saying the valuation would come through the following day she had posted the email within 90 minutes of visiting their office, brilliant service and won’t hesitate to use them again if requiring their services

21st Jul 2026 (15 days ago)I own a studio flat which I have let through Kevin Henry agents for the last eleven years. During that time various different staff have worked in the lettings department and I have always found them to be helpful and courteous in dealing with any issues I have raised, including maintenance of the property, negotiating any increases in the rent and finding good and trustworthy tenants.<br>At the time I was completely new to the property rental business and one particular member of that team has always stood out to me.<br>Louise Mooyer has been extremely helpful in answering any questions I put to her and advising me on a range of subjects including my responsibilities as a Landlord, Section 21 notices, the new Renters Rights Act and how best to market the property when I wanted to sell it, which I now have.<br>Louise is clearly very experienced in her field, with outstanding knowledge of the business and the local area. I have always found her easy to talk to and her affable manner is a real asset to this company. Thank you.

From start to finish, they were a superb estate agent to deal with, and their support made a genuinely difficult transaction far more manageable.<br><br>This sale wasn’t straightforward due to Probate and equity release issues, but Richard’s help and guidance throughout was faultless. He was calm, responsive, and always one step ahead—providing clear advice and reassuring us at every stage.<br><br>David Burr truly went beyond the realms of an estate agent. Their care and professionalism felt personal, like support from a trusted member of the family rather than just a business relationship.<br><br>I thoroughly recommend David Burr for their professionalism, patience, help, and understanding. The service from King's is exceptional, they are professional and dedicated . They make sure they do anything and everything they can. Everything is always explained . All these things were a minefield for me. I would never have managed and made the right decisions with out the exceptional and professional advice from King's. Sophie and Adele (and all others who were involved) have been excellent with their communication throughout, especially when external factors meant that there were some unexpected delays. They always remained patient, professional and understanding. I would highly recommend Lux Homes based on my experience.

They kept us updated throughout the whole process, which really helped take a lot of the stress away!<br><br>I really appreciated how approachable and supportive they both were. 3rd Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)It is easy to give a 5-star review when everything is straightforward, but the real test is how people handle things when a purchase becomes difficult.<br><br>Towards the end of our purchase, there were some unforeseen circumstances that made the process more challenging. However, the team at Fine & Country were excellent throughout and really helped keep things moving so the purchase could complete.<br><br>Rachele in particular was fantastic, professional, proactive, supportive and genuinely helpful when it mattered most.<br><br>Thank you to Rachele and the Fine & Country team. We really appreciate everything you did to help get this over the line.

I must say we spoke to a few members of staff there and they were wonderful but a special thank you goes to Amy Doig who if it wasn't for her I think I would've gone mad, they say moving is stressful but with her advice, help and professional support we made it . Amy worked hard to help with any questions we had and supported us through the whole process, she kept us informed all the way through the process of selling and informed us of any issues or problems that occurred, thank you so much Amy for making this experience a lot easier for us??????, a valid member of the team at Oakheart.x

We had a few agents come out to value our property, but we decided to go with Colubrid because, from our first meeting, Joshua seemed extremely confident that he could sell our home quickly. As the Chelmer Village estate agent, he explained that properties like ours are his bread and butter. Our property went on the market on Thursday and was sold by Monday. I cannot thank Joshua and the team enough for their hard work and professionalism throughout. I believe Millie conducted the viewings, and I was told she was local to the area. That certainly showed, as her knowledge of Chelmer Village helped generate multiple offers on our property. If you're thinking of choosing Colubrid, don't hesitate. I would highly recommend them.
17th Jul 2026 (19 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.
27th Jul 2026 (9 days ago)Our experience with this estate agent was extremely disappointing. We found Arun to be unprofessional and lacking in transparency throughout the process. Communication was poor, and we were left feeling misled and unfairly treated. Overall, we have no confidence in the way our purchase was handled and would not recommend this estate agent based on our experience.<br>This was by far the worst estate agent I’ve ever dealt with. I found the whole process lacking in transparency. I was also concerned that the AML checks were carried out through a company connected to the agent’s wife, without this being made clear upfront. Charging £300 each ( most estate agents charge £36). When we questioned this it was brought down to £150. They also wanted us to pay a deposit. The contract was not clear if we would get back.<br><br>The most upsetting part was that, while we were in the property viewing it again, we later discovered it had been sold to another buyer for just £3,000 more. We felt completely misled and extremely disappointed by how the situation was handled.<br><br>Based on our experience, I would not recommend using this estate agent.
