Peter went above and beyond to help me with the process and any hiccups along the way , he would be there to help me. He’s a very pleasant, caring and efficient person and understands the industry very well. I would totally recommend him and Savilles Ipswich. She clearly knew the market and the area to give us the best guidance to put in a successful offer on our new home. The building site was very restricted for additional viewings, but Emma was very cooperative for us to gain access, and for trades to arrange dates with her to measure up. Invaluable for us to have a successful and easy move. Thank you Emma, you really did make the difference to our purchase.
19th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)It's taken me a couple of weeks to get to write this review but the team at Leavenheath have been fantastic throughout this protracted sale having produced three purchasers over the period. The first was affected by Liz Truss the second someone trying to buy involving Cryptocurrency (you couldn't write it) They stuck with me throughout the whole process and found the third and successful buyer. Availability on the telephone and communication in general was great. They clearly smoothed what would otherwise have been a very bumpy ride in the market we were selling in. Thank you all

20th Oct 2026 (15 days ago)I was house hunting since july??????..am sure am not the only one has been through such disappointing and frustrating experiences. But then I saw a listing on this site, and the same day I called I was offered a viewing..little did I know I was finally done house hunting..I met with Nicole for the house viewing very lovely lady..she then put me over to Lois foster who make sure everything went smoothly for me. Its my first time doing this she sat with me and go through the process answered all my questions and update me with every steps. All I did was read and sign..it was no hassle no stress and no worries. And to top it off...my welcome home box with the goodies when I went to collect my keys..chef ?????? ??????..top teir encounter..thanks Lois am now settling well and enjoying home my space.

16th Oct 2026 (19 days ago)I first got in touch with leaders back in January 2026 for a valuation and said I did not want to go any further with a sale untill may/June time and the reason I went back with leaders is because they stuck to there word and didn't pressure me into trying to sell any earlier unlike a few other agents that I also had a valuation from<br><br>But from the 1st time I met a member of the halstead leaders team they was very professional and polite and dealing with many of the team over the last few months this has been the case all the way through also I liked the updates and help that I required when ever needed.<br><br>So yes I have left a 5 star review because I have found leaders to be a great agents and easy to deal with and would highly recommend them to anyone and if I ever get the chance to do business again i will look forward to it.<br><br>Thank you to all the team at leaders halstead.- 12th Oct 2026 (23 days ago)I used leaders for my rental property. From start to finish, the entire process was managed with professionalism and care. Matt did an outstanding job with the photography; his eye for detail is exceptional. He clearly takes great pride in his work and goes the extra mile to ensure the property is presented in the best possible light. Tracy managed our sale and after-sales process, and she was truly exceptional. She was always on top of everything, consistently keeping all parties informed and ensuring communication was prompt and clear. Her efficiency made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and well-organised. At every stage of the process they were helpful, and went out of their way to build a good relationship between buyers and sellers which worked to everyone's advantage-- especially as in this case the sellers will be our future neighbours. We had very well arranged zoom calls and resolved timing issues to do with stamp duty, moving dates, etc. We couldn't be happier with the outcome and we are very grateful to Sophia and the team.

4th Sep 2026 (9 weeks ago)They lie on their moving in and moving out checks - take a video with you.<br>Also they make you feel obliged to give good Internet reviews for them.<br>I'll never forget the 2 years they spent trying to get my brother to pay for an iron mark which was on the carpet when he moved in.<br>Another house, I left a new washing machine behind, which they charged a £100 disposal fee for. When I said I'd collect it myself they said it was OK to leave!<br>Very low moral standards of all the staff here

31st Aug 2026 (9 weeks ago)Would appear the house was over valued by the estate agent so setting wrong expectations about what price could be achieved. Minimal viewings Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage No communication from the estate agent I would not use exp again. Very disappointed.
15th Aug 2026 (12 weeks ago)We chose Oakheart as we liked our negotiator Freddie .<br>Unfortunately he moved branches .<br>Un experienced agents doing the viewings .<br>Boards going up , boards going down !<br>Saw out our contract. Ask for property to be removed from Rightmove , this took 4 days with a reminder .<br>Two weeks later and being off market the board is still up .<br>Lots of apologies from the office ! For several reasons .<br>Best thing about Oakheart is their branding !
