Tommy’s appraisal was a great first impression, and there was a clear distinction between their service and others we’d invited to appraise. They gave us actionable advice to prepare us for market and give us the best chance. This followed through to those in the office, who cared and knew about our sale in detail and gave us reassurance we were going to be well looked after. Thank you to Clare in particular. Andy conducted most of our viewings and was knowledgeable, and positive and we knew had provided an excellent experience for potential buyers, based on feedback. Finally, Will was invaluable in aftercare and kept us in the loop without chasing, a pleasure to deal with. An exemplary service from all and we’d have no hesitation in recommending them.
19th Mar 2024 (28 days ago)It's taken me a couple of weeks to get to write this review but the team at Leavenheath have been fantastic throughout this protracted sale having produced three purchasers over the period. The first was affected by Liz Truss the second someone trying to buy involving Cryptocurrency (you couldn't write it) They stuck with me throughout the whole process and found the third and successful buyer. Availability on the telephone and communication in general was great. They clearly smoothed what would otherwise have been a very bumpy ride in the market we were selling in. Thank you all

The listing was put together very quickly, and I had my first viewing within a couple of days, which ultimately led to a sale. Throughout the process, they provided me with regular updates both over the phone and via email. I would gladly work with Palmer & Partners again, and would recommend them highly to family and friends!

He has been fantastic from the very start and he has always gone above and beyond for us. Really friendly, helpful and professional, a pleasure to deal with. Communication with Rob or any of his colleagues at Nicholas Percival whether it was face to face, via the telephone or email has always been polite, knowledgable and in a very timely manner. We hope this will be our forever home, so won't require the services of Nicholas Percival but will be sure to recommend to any friends or family needing such services. 16th Apr 2021 (3 years ago)Although never paid clients of David Martin, we purchased through them and have been floored by the incredible experience of Connor Murphy in Tiptree. We were treated with complete attentiveness, dedication and respect. Nothing was ever too much trouble, from anyone in the team when we called, especially Connor. We were met with total transparency and reassurance, and quickly Connor was the only reliable source of support and information in a frustrating chain. Thank you to Connor for being a total source of support and responding so quickly and efficiently with every query we had. By far our “go to” person. Moving house is something we won’t be embarking on (hopefully!) for a long long time, however should we, we will be knocking on the door without fail!

Lois went above and beyond anything we expected to help us with a unforseen issue that came up for us. Their communication and assistance is never any less than 100% and they do make you feel like you are all they are focused on. We have and will continue to recommend william h brown and especially Lois and Elliott to all friends and people who are in need of help with renting. Great work and please never stop being you it is very welcoming to all

27th May 2023 (10 mo. ago)Awful, awful, awful. A word of warning if you are considering these lazy, unprofessional agents. They tied us into a 16 week +28day contract which they used as an excuse to do the bare minimum and NOT sell our house.

At every stage of the process they were helpful, and went out of their way to build a good relationship between buyers and sellers which worked to everyone's advantage-- especially as in this case the sellers will be our future neighbours. We had very well arranged zoom calls and resolved timing issues to do with stamp duty, moving dates, etc. We couldn't be happier with the outcome and we are very grateful to Sophia and the team.

All my queries were answered quickly and the process to rent a property took in excess of a week from viewing the property to moving in! Can’t recommend enough, would like to give a special mention to Nicky Faulkner she went above and beyond and was super friendly and made me feel like all of my questions was valid.

Much more personal and trustworthy approach than other larger estate agents. I highly recommend them and would definitely buy or sell with them again.

He has been superb in the sale of our house and went above and beyond to ensure that our sale went ahead. From the beginning to the end he has had a positive outlook. On our viewings he was bright and bubbly and ensured that the viewers were made aware of the benefits of our property,. When we eventually agreed a sale we had a long process due to the fact that the buyers held up matters, however Rhys would always be pressing to try and speed up the process and always kept us up to date and informed. At one stage our buyer went abroad, Rhys was on calls to our buyer at 1030 at night trying to deal with their queries in an attempt to push our sale through. We can’t thank Rhys enough for what he did for us. He is a real credit to his trade and we would throughly recommend using him to friends and family. Again thank you Rhys Henry

I have found them to be professional, reliable, trustworthy, proactively communicative, and very approachable. Over the past 20+ years, I have bought and sold a number of residential properties, and have had consistently disappointing and frustrating experiences with estate agents. So it was a genuinely pleasant surprise to meet Ben Stickels and colleagues! I knew that I could trust them throughout the process, and felt welcome to contact the office whenever I had a question. They REALLY know their market. Their marketing material is second to none, with an extraordinary quality of photography (including aerial shots) and beautiful production of printed brochures. All this was supported by a strong online presence that went live as soon as our agreement was in place, meaning that interest in my property was generated without delay. I recommend, without reservation, Chapman Stickels to anyone who is thinking about selling their property - something I never believed I would be able to say about an estate agent! Thank you for smashing the estate agent stereotype and for helping me sell my house!
