After securing a buyer for our property, Danny went on to provide us with key advice and support in the negotiation of our new property. 30th Jul 2026 (6 days ago)We have been impressed with the way that Palmers have handled the sale of the property providing expert knowledge of the area and market as well as supporting us to get the house ready for sale. We do not live in the area so their expertise was very much appreciated. The sale was due to a very recent bereavement and they were extremely empathetic recognising it’s been a difficult period.

They are still the same bunch of people who will try to rip you off on every single occasion. Please avoid at all cost. There are plenty good agencies out there

Thank you to Lorraine & Gina for helping us through out the process where we were buying our first property. unfortunately we had chosen the worst solicitors imaginable. They were on the case through out the process even on their days off chasing for us. We would never have gotten the property when we did if was not for them ?? thank you girls. Safe to say if we ever move in the future we will be using knights residential in Colchester ???????????? Megan & Justin

This was our first move in over 40 years, and the process itself is bureaucratic and unnecessarily complicated, but the Hizzy team consistently went above and beyond to get our sale across the line. Their support made a difficult process far easier, and I would strongly recommend them.

We found the property that we really wanted and, although at the time it was already sold, Jade assured us that if anything changed she would 100% make it happen for us and we are now living in our dream home! Could not recommend Jade high enough. The personal touch you will almost definitely not find anywhere else

Big thanks to the sales team for trying to find us a buyer, and also special thanks to Korben who led us through the entire process and found us an excellent tenant very quickly. Thank you for going above and beyond, it is very reassuring given we are not in the country and knowing that our home is in great hands. We will recommend you to anyone.

17th Jul 2026 (19 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.Harris and Wood - Chesterwell

I would use them again.
