9th Oct 2026 (26 days ago)I have to say that viewing homes with Olivia really helped dial down the stress factor involved in looking for our new home. She was friendly, engaging and courteous throughout the two visits where she met us and showed us round. I would highly recommend John Alexander Estate Agents because of the professional service we have received.
23rd Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)The whole team at Aspire were absolutely brilliant but special mention goes to Kiera who was so friendly and helpful. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, thank you Kiera for all your help.
10th Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)Really great viewing experince with Joshua! Very easy to discuss options with him. Would reccomened!
14th Oct 2026 (21 days ago)The company is well-established and has an all-round service to offer. Mise has recently helped us with winding up our tenant's letting and was most helpful in the advice she gave and the actions she took on our behalf. All contact was friendly and prompt. We would recommend her services without hesitation.
20th Oct 2026 (15 days ago)Always had prompt and polite service from Palmers and Partners.
I would say that as property agents they go the extra mile and keep their clients best interests at heart.
I would not hesitate to recommend all of the staff there fir their attention to detail and efficiency.
Miss S. J. Green.
23rd Oct 2026 (12 days ago)Staff very professional and approachable. A special mention for Melanie Rowland who has been exceptional, she goes above and beyond to sort any issues that arise in our properties. Excellent service , thank you !
11th Aug 2026 (12 weeks ago)At the start, our experience with Saxons was fine. They communicated well with us and regularly asked us for documents and information, which we provided. However, since paying the holding fee, the communication has completely changed. Over the last month, we have repeatedly tried contacting them by email and phone with normal questions, but have been ignored. I have emailed over five times and still haven’t received a response. The person we were originally dealing with is also no longer available on WhatsApp, so we have been left unsure who we can actually contact. We have all signed our rental contracts, yet our portal still says, “We cannot take payment until all parties have signed the rental contract.” We have contacted Saxons about this and still haven’t received a response or explanation. The only reason this isn’t a 1-star review is because communication was good at the beginning. Unfortunately, recently it feels like they want nothing to do with us, which is extremely frustrating and disappointing
21st Oct 2026 (14 days ago)We had such a fantastic experience when purchasing through Heritage. Even though they were representing the selling client it felt as if they were looking after us too, helping every step of the way. Special mention to Vicky for being so helpful and understanding, a pleasure to deal with.
24th Oct 2026 (11 days ago)Very friendly genuine Estate Agency… and I say that after a lot of past experience with Estate Agents. They did the job. Contact in the branch for guidance was exceptional especially as the paperwork went through with issues and clarity.
12th Oct 2026 (23 days ago)I used leaders for my rental property. Chloe and Sofia were so helpful. Very quick to answer the phone and deal with any queries. They managed to bring forward the move in date to work around my work which was very helpful.

11th Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)I had a very positive experience with Barat Estate Agents, particularly with Mr. Matthew, who handled the communication and coordination between us and the landlord throughout our lease.Matthew was exceptionally kind, polite, understanding, and professional. He took the time to understand our situation and always tried to find solutions that worked for everyone involved. What impressed me most was how approachable and easy to contact he was.
The entire team at Barat Estate Agents were helpful, supportive, and professional.
I would highly recommend Barat Estate Agents to anyone looking for a reliable, understanding, and professional estate agent. Thank you for all your help and support!
20th Oct 2026 (15 days ago)Nicky and the team were most helpful and professional, helping reduce the stress of finding and moving to a new home. Great experience.
4th Sep 2026 (9 weeks ago)They lie on their moving in and moving out checks - take a video with you.
Also they make you feel obliged to give good Internet reviews for them.
I'll never forget the 2 years they spent trying to get my brother to pay for an iron mark which was on the carpet when he moved in.
Another house, I left a new washing machine behind, which they charged a £100 disposal fee for. When I said I'd collect it myself they said it was OK to leave!
Very low moral standards of all the staff here
24th Jul 2026 (15 weeks ago)Jade was absolutely fantastic! Always available for any questions and help (as some ridiculous times of day and weekends). We found the property that we really wanted and, although at the time it was already sold, Jade assured us that if anything changed she would 100% make it happen for us and we are now living in our dream home! Could not recommend Jade high enough. The personal touch you will almost definitely not find anywhere else
26th Oct 2026 (9 days ago)We recently sold our house through OC Homes and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. From the initial valuation, Tony showed an impressive knowledge of the local market and set a realistic, competitive price for our property. On our viewings we were kept updated after all viewings. Selling a house can be stressfull but the OC team made the whole process smooth, professional and relatively stress free. If you want an estate agent who works hard for their fee then look no further than OC Homes. Thanks to ALL you guys at OC Homes.
3rd Nov 2026 (1 day ago)Oakheart have been a valued, professional and reliable service throughout. Charlie who first took all photography was very relaxed yet professional. Thereafter the entire team where great with regards to being efficient and consistent on the phone with updates. Marcus in particular was fantastic. He was patient and always responded to requests within good time and made the process seem less stressful. Thank you!
18th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)Craig and his staff were brilliant with the sale of my property with all the ups and downs as is norm in a house sale. Would recommend them. M. Burt.

He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. We couldn’t have asked for better service and would highly recommend Rob to anyone looking to sell their property.

13th Oct 2026 (22 days ago)Rude They changed my property price daily without my permission. They lower price to less than what i pay for it, Then they put the price 10 times higher than what I pay for it. This is bulling tactic
20th Oct 2026 (15 days ago)Great experience with the Keystones Property Maintenance team as one of their renters. Ollie went above and beyond to help fully fix and resolve an urgent issue that occured outside of normal working hours and we couldn't have been more grateful, thank you!
1st Sep 2026 (9 weeks ago)Connells provided an excellent service throughout the process even helping unravel some legal questions marks we had even though it was not their responsibility.
Polite friendly and willing staff who always turned up for viewings as planned (Not all of them do!!)
Highly recommended
