She was friendly, engaging and courteous throughout the two visits where she met us and showed us round. I would highly recommend John Alexander Estate Agents because of the professional service we have received.

Mise has recently helped us with winding up our tenant's letting and was most helpful in the advice she gave and the actions she took on our behalf. All contact was friendly and prompt. We would recommend her services without hesitation.

She went above and beyond at every possible opportunity to keep things moving, get problems resolved as quickly as possible and, just as importantly, keep us calm and reassured throughout it all.<br><br>Evenings, weekends, even while she was on holiday — Olivia always seemed to be there when we needed her. The level of care, communication and commitment she showed us was honestly exceptional.<br><br>The entire team at Beresfords Maldon were fantastic, helping us with both the sale of our property and the purchase of our new home. 11th Aug 2026 (12 weeks ago)At the start, our experience with Saxons was fine. They communicated well with us and regularly asked us for documents and information, which we provided. However, since paying the holding fee, the communication has completely changed. Over the last month, we have repeatedly tried contacting them by email and phone with normal questions, but have been ignored. I have emailed over five times and still haven’t received a response. The person we were originally dealing with is also no longer available on WhatsApp, so we have been left unsure who we can actually contact. We have all signed our rental contracts, yet our portal still says, “We cannot take payment until all parties have signed the rental contract.” We have contacted Saxons about this and still haven’t received a response or explanation. The only reason this isn’t a 1-star review is because communication was good at the beginning. Unfortunately, recently it feels like they want nothing to do with us, which is extremely frustrating and disappointing
20th Oct 2026 (15 days ago)I was house hunting since july??????..am sure am not the only one has been through such disappointing and frustrating experiences. But then I saw a listing on this site, and the same day I called I was offered a viewing..little did I know I was finally done house hunting..I met with Nicole for the house viewing very lovely lady..she then put me over to Lois foster who make sure everything went smoothly for me. Its my first time doing this she sat with me and go through the process answered all my questions and update me with every steps. All I did was read and sign..it was no hassle no stress and no worries. And to top it off...my welcome home box with the goodies when I went to collect my keys..chef ?????? ??????..top teir encounter..thanks Lois am now settling well and enjoying home my space.

16th Oct 2026 (19 days ago)I first got in touch with leaders back in January 2026 for a valuation and said I did not want to go any further with a sale untill may/June time and the reason I went back with leaders is because they stuck to there word and didn't pressure me into trying to sell any earlier unlike a few other agents that I also had a valuation from<br><br>But from the 1st time I met a member of the halstead leaders team they was very professional and polite and dealing with many of the team over the last few months this has been the case all the way through also I liked the updates and help that I required when ever needed.<br><br>So yes I have left a 5 star review because I have found leaders to be a great agents and easy to deal with and would highly recommend them to anyone and if I ever get the chance to do business again i will look forward to it.<br><br>Thank you to all the team at leaders halstead.

Chloe and Sofia were so helpful. Very quick to answer the phone and deal with any queries. They managed to bring forward the move in date to work around my work which was very helpful.

4th Sep 2026 (9 weeks ago)They lie on their moving in and moving out checks - take a video with you.<br>Also they make you feel obliged to give good Internet reviews for them.<br>I'll never forget the 2 years they spent trying to get my brother to pay for an iron mark which was on the carpet when he moved in.<br>Another house, I left a new washing machine behind, which they charged a £100 disposal fee for. When I said I'd collect it myself they said it was OK to leave!<br>Very low moral standards of all the staff here
16th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)Hizzy were recommended to my sister back in 2022 as a safe pair of hands in Hadleigh and having dealt with another high profile estate agent in the high street (and being highly sceptical about their over-inflated prices and service on another project) I was very happy to stick with the recommendation and I'm very pleased I did.<br><br>With my mother's health declining I first met Lee in summer 2023 to discuss options on selling her house but for one reason or another the house stayed in her ownership until she died later that year. The estate stayed untouched for nearly 2 years but in January this year (2026) I re-established contact and finally met Ross.<br><br>I've bought and sold a fair few properties and am on high alert for Estate agent fluff BUT I was very reassured about his and Lee's response times, flexibility and no-nonsense straight talking. I liked both of them immediately.<br><br>We both knew the market conditions with high interest rates and a general lack of market confidence that the asking price had taken a dive from our first discussions in 2023 and that the sales market was slow but we pushed on with prepping the house to sell and market in March 2026.<br><br>For a modest little house in a quiet year we got plenty of footfall at the house, a handful of offers as well which faltered because of the buyers circumstances but finally we found the right buyer. Legals took a wee bit longer than I would have expected but everyone at Hizzy were really excellent at updating me about updates and news at every turn, whether good or adverse.<br><br>In short I have no hesitation in recommending HIZZY as a very safe pair of hands for a house sale. 'Estate agents' and 'honest' are not always words seen in the same sentence but happily I can say without contradiction they are both. I think they are very experienced and know their stuff and really can't be faulted. I also liked the fact that their premises are tucked away in a modest smart trading estate so they aren't wasting unnecessary money on presentation and high street business rates. As I said above it is all no-nonsense and quietly slick and I can see why they have sold so many houses in Hadleigh and their reputation is growing all the time.<br><br>We completed this morning on my Mum's house and I am very grateful to them for their guidance and support throughout this spring and summer.

Thereafter the entire team where great with regards to being efficient and consistent on the phone with updates. Marcus in particular was fantastic. He was patient and always responded to requests within good time and made the process seem less stressful. Thank you!

He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. We couldn’t have asked for better service and would highly recommend Rob to anyone looking to sell their property.

The team were incredibly friendly, helpful and always quick to respond whenever we had any questions or needed anything. They were always on the ball, proactive and kept us updated throughout the whole process.<br><br>Compared to other estate agents we dealt with, they were miles ahead in terms of communication, professionalism and overall service.
