We do not live in the area so their expertise was very much appreciated. The sale was due to a very recent bereavement and they were extremely empathetic recognising it’s been a difficult period.- 27th Jul 2026 (9 days ago)Visited Beresfords after a recommendation by a friend as the best company in town to get a property valuation from.<br>Eleanor who assisted me was Incredible helpful and despite saying the valuation would come through the following day she had posted the email within 90 minutes of visiting their office, brilliant service and won’t hesitate to use them again if requiring their services

They are still the same bunch of people who will try to rip you off on every single occasion. Please avoid at all cost. There are plenty good agencies out there

From start to finish, they were a superb estate agent to deal with, and their support made a genuinely difficult transaction far more manageable.<br><br>This sale wasn’t straightforward due to Probate and equity release issues, but Richard’s help and guidance throughout was faultless. He was calm, responsive, and always one step ahead—providing clear advice and reassuring us at every stage.<br><br>David Burr truly went beyond the realms of an estate agent. The service from King's is exceptional, they are professional and dedicated . They make sure they do anything and everything they can. Everything is always explained . All these things were a minefield for me. I would never have managed and made the right decisions with out the exceptional and professional advice from King's. Thank you to Lorraine & Gina for helping us through out the process where we were buying our first property. unfortunately we had chosen the worst solicitors imaginable. They were on the case through out the process even on their days off chasing for us. We would never have gotten the property when we did if was not for them ?? thank you girls. Safe to say if we ever move in the future we will be using knights residential in Colchester ???????????? Megan & Justin

Big thanks to the sales team for trying to find us a buyer, and also special thanks to Korben who led us through the entire process and found us an excellent tenant very quickly. Thank you for going above and beyond, it is very reassuring given we are not in the country and knowing that our home is in great hands. We will recommend you to anyone.
