They successfully sold two of our houses and provided amazing service from start to finish. Everyone we dealt with was extremely friendly, professional, and dedicated to getting the best outcome for us. We would like to give an extra special mention to Debbie, who dealt with our purchases and was incredibly professional, helpful, and supportive throughout the process. We also want to thank Danny and Ruby, who truly went the extra mile when selling our homes too. Their communication was excellent — they always picked up messages quickly, responded promptly, and made us feel genuinely heard and supported every step of the way. They all worked incredibly hard to sell both properties and gave us the extra care and attention that made such a difference during what can be a stressful process. We’re so grateful for all of their hard work and would absolutely use John Alexander again in the future to sell our home. Thank you!

29th May 2026 (23 days ago)I would like to share my positive feedback about the way Mel Rowlands who is a Property Manager at the Stanway office has been managing any issues with the property I am renting via Fenn Wright. Whenever, I have had an issue, Mel has ensured that the issues are handled promptly. After I get an automated formal notification of complaint - I get a follow-up acknowledgement. There is also a follow-up either by a call or email or a sms to confirm if the issue has been dealt with. This is reassuring. Whenever, there have been delays from the contractor assigned to the repair – Mel has followed up with me and tried her best to expedite the repair by following-up with the contractor, and then updating me. Whenever – there has been an issue (like the recent one with a door) – Mel has ensured that the right contractor was assigned, after the initial contractor did not do the complete job. Mel followed up with the next contractor and got the contractor to fix the issue with door. Overall, I am very satisfied with the way the Mel has handled any issues that I have had.

They are still the same bunch of people who will try to rip you off on every single occasion. Please avoid at all cost. There are plenty good agencies out there
4th Jun 2026 (17 days ago)Clarknewman is one of those exceptionally well managed companies offering top notch customer service every single time you need the job done. Buying a house through them for us in particular was stressless process and regular calls whether by Lewis or Sam who are both directors. I can't praise them enough and will certainly be doing business just wiith them as other estate agents are not even in the same league. Huge recommendations to anyone considering them!

It is also the lack of stress and pressure from them whilst I found another. I have a busy life so selling and buying a home was never going to be easy. But the team, especially Lorraine, certainly did make it easy for me. Along the way they were genuinely helpful and understanding. I was most fortunate to be their client. 4th Jun 2026 (17 days ago)These are some of the worst estate agents I’ve ever dealt with. Put an offer in on a house 2 weeks ago and have provided all evidence requested and was told my offer was one of the best ones and that I should feel confident. Since then it’s been impossible to get hold of anyone who can give any information about what is going on. They asked my conveyancer to call to confirm the stage of my chain and the manager/director told my solicitor that the case had been taken away from the team member dealing with it, as she’d apparently been telling all the prospective buyers what they wanted to hear and stringing us all along for weeks. I have spent all morning trying to get hold of the manager to try and find out what is going on, I keep being told not she’s in yet (it’s 1pm) and I’ll get a call back. Eventually had to speak to one of the office people who said the vendor had accepted one of the other offers. When I complained about how badly this had been managed and how unfair it was to string people along like this, the boy on the phone literally huffed at me like a moody teenager and said it wasn’t his fault and then started whining about having to deal with the complaint, then said good bye and hung up. I would avoid this company at all costs.
