We do not live in the area so their expertise was very much appreciated. The sale was due to a very recent bereavement and they were extremely empathetic recognising it’s been a difficult period.

They quickly found tenants for our house and all of them were reliable and responsible. Any minor issues were dealt with by the members of the ET team effectively. We would recommend them and thank them for their services.

They are still the same bunch of people who will try to rip you off on every single occasion. Please avoid at all cost. There are plenty good agencies out there

The service from King's is exceptional, they are professional and dedicated . They make sure they do anything and everything they can. Everything is always explained . All these things were a minefield for me. I would never have managed and made the right decisions with out the exceptional and professional advice from King's. Thank you to Lorraine & Gina for helping us through out the process where we were buying our first property. unfortunately we had chosen the worst solicitors imaginable. They were on the case through out the process even on their days off chasing for us. We would never have gotten the property when we did if was not for them ?? thank you girls. Safe to say if we ever move in the future we will be using knights residential in Colchester ???????????? We had quite the ride with a few bumps in the road along the way (general conveyance) but they sold my house within 2 days … Lewis and Jake were great - Karen was with me every step of the way and took control of the other agents, my buyers and solicitor. we spoke weekly and thankfully everything pulled together and worked out, I now site in my new home extremely happy ! If I ever need to sell again, I wouldn’t hesitate to use Grace estate agents again. Thanks all

Big thanks to the sales team for trying to find us a buyer, and also special thanks to Korben who led us through the entire process and found us an excellent tenant very quickly. Thank you for going above and beyond, it is very reassuring given we are not in the country and knowing that our home is in great hands. We will recommend you to anyone.
