9th Oct 2026 (26 days ago)I have to say that viewing homes with Olivia really helped dial down the stress factor involved in looking for our new home. She was friendly, engaging and courteous throughout the two visits where she met us and showed us round. I would highly recommend John Alexander Estate Agents because of the professional service we have received.
29th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)Excellent service from Toby during the viewing process and Sarah was amazing during the buying process and ensured solicitors were chased to avoid unnecessary delays and provided regular updates.

21st Oct 2026 (14 days ago)Lindsey was amazing
14th Oct 2026 (21 days ago)The company is well-established and has an all-round service to offer. Mise has recently helped us with winding up our tenant's letting and was most helpful in the advice she gave and the actions she took on our behalf. All contact was friendly and prompt. We would recommend her services without hesitation.
20th Oct 2026 (15 days ago)Always had prompt and polite service from Palmers and Partners.
I would say that as property agents they go the extra mile and keep their clients best interests at heart.
I would not hesitate to recommend all of the staff there fir their attention to detail and efficiency.
Miss S. J. Green.
23rd Oct 2026 (12 days ago)Staff very professional and approachable. A special mention for Melanie Rowland who has been exceptional, she goes above and beyond to sort any issues that arise in our properties. Excellent service , thank you !
1st Oct 2026 (5 weeks ago)The services was always exceptional. From the start of our tenancy until the time we moved. All our issues were always addressed on time. I will recommend Elwell Taylor to anyone looking for a property. Thank you ??????
11th Aug 2026 (12 weeks ago)At the start, our experience with Saxons was fine. They communicated well with us and regularly asked us for documents and information, which we provided. However, since paying the holding fee, the communication has completely changed. Over the last month, we have repeatedly tried contacting them by email and phone with normal questions, but have been ignored. I have emailed over five times and still haven’t received a response. The person we were originally dealing with is also no longer available on WhatsApp, so we have been left unsure who we can actually contact. We have all signed our rental contracts, yet our portal still says, “We cannot take payment until all parties have signed the rental contract.” We have contacted Saxons about this and still haven’t received a response or explanation. The only reason this isn’t a 1-star review is because communication was good at the beginning. Unfortunately, recently it feels like they want nothing to do with us, which is extremely frustrating and disappointing
23rd Oct 2026 (12 days ago)Provided a thorough service but was ultimately unable to sell our house
12th Oct 2026 (23 days ago)I used leaders for my rental property. Chloe and Sofia were so helpful. Very quick to answer the phone and deal with any queries. They managed to bring forward the move in date to work around my work which was very helpful.

28th Oct 2026 (7 days ago)Dave and Che were a great help throughout the whole process. Anytime I needed anything they were more than happy to help. I would highly recommend!
4th Sep 2026 (9 weeks ago)They lie on their moving in and moving out checks - take a video with you.
Also they make you feel obliged to give good Internet reviews for them.
I'll never forget the 2 years they spent trying to get my brother to pay for an iron mark which was on the carpet when he moved in.
Another house, I left a new washing machine behind, which they charged a £100 disposal fee for. When I said I'd collect it myself they said it was OK to leave!
Very low moral standards of all the staff here
28th May 2026 (23 weeks ago)The team in West Mersea were brilliant in all respects. they recently sold by my house and helped me in find a suitable property on the Island. Every interaction, whether over the phone or in person, is met with a friendly and welcoming approach.

Tom, the manager, deserves particular recognition for going above and beyond to ensure the moving process runs as smoothly as possible.
